    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I wanted to give props to these guys for a smooth transaction. I responded to their ad on another forum for the sale of neonate Bitis Nasicornis. Alex helped me and things went very well.

I purchased a sexed pair over the phone using my VISA card as payment. In less than an hour, Alex called me back with the arrival time and flight #. The following morning he called me with a waybill #.

The package arrived on time. Upon opening it I found everything in order. I asked that they place the two deli cups inside a bag (in case one or both came open). This is not their normal practise, but Alex said he would be happy to oblige.

The babies are alive, alert and healthy.

Thank you Underground Reptiles!

Also have dealt

I have dealt with Underground a few times as well. I have talked to everyone from El Hefei Ryan to Ryan the lesser. Paul is an amphibian guru (just a bit of an accent) but knows his stuff. And it always comes down to Alex summarizing with you arranging a date to ship, the cat is flexible. They got a great system.:iagree:

I saw that they don't gurantee live arrival on amphibians. Has anyone bought amphibians from them before?

I have purchased Amphibians off of them 6 times, I have had zero problems. All my animals are healthy and happy. I live in Cali, cannot ship much farther than that.

No sweat Nate, if you call them they are pretty good cats, easy to have a repore with. Good luck brother, it is Amphib season!!!!!

I just got news that my baby northern BTS was no longer there and they're sending an Indo instead, how the heck can you not know whats in your own stock? Not only that but despite the email CLEARLY stating my name and number they managed to not call me ahead of time. Due to the heat and they're tardy reactions I now am forced to drive over two hours just to pick up a baby I paid to be SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE and its ridiculous. This is my first purchase through them and its already going sour quickly. I'm very upset.

I had a smooth transaction with them recently, was more than pleased with the quality of the animals, and customer service they provided. I'd definitely recommend them.

They sent me a sick iguana that died the night I received the animal. After a ton of emails and phone calls to them, I finally got a healthy replacement animal. Typical wholesaler operation with a bunch of imported WC/Farm Raised animals. They made up for the dead animal, however, knowing now how they operate, I wouldn't go that route again.
