    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I made my first online purchase of venomous snakes from Underground Reptiles last week. Having never had hots shipped (I usually buy at local shows), I was nervous and the guys at Underground explained the packing process and what all I needed to do at the airport to pick them up. They also answered all my questions about the snakes, what they were eating, age, etc. Email replies were always very prompt and professional. When I ordered, they called me within minutes to schedule shipping, and again called back within minutes with detailed flight information.

My shipment was delayed at a layover point, and I had a lot of problems with Delta. Underground was very helpful and the one guy even gave me his cell phone number so I could call when the snakes did arrive, no matter how late it got.

My snakes finally arrived safe and sound, and I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service I received from Underground. If I decide to try Delta shipping again, I'd certainly give them more business!
 
Had several orders with them. One time they didn't follow up on a sale and as the day was nearing to end, I called them to make sure somebody was aware of my website based order. I was confident same day shipping was not happening at this point.

Fast forward a few minutes >

Well with 20 minutes before last fedex pickup, they had it all packed and it went out same day after all. Good service indeed.

And I've been to the store itself, quite nice.
