    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Underground Reptiles Stay away!!

Personally I will never buy from them anyways. Too many sick or doas coming from them, not able to sex them even after they tell you what sex they're sending, most are wild caught, etc. I'll buy from breeders, not whole salers

That's what heard too, finally I experienced it myself now I believe what other comments about this bad company !!
 
Don't advertise for other companies here, this thread is about Underground. If you want to discuss Reptmart, use one of the threads about them.
 
I had a recent run-in with this company. Despite my better judgement, they had some cb (I imagine ch) red tailed green ratsnakes so I ordered a pair as they are a bit hard to find. Stock did not match the website and the order could not be completed, no big deal, that happens, so they called to explain and I cancelled the order. I waited several days for the refund but it never appeared so I messaged them twice asking for the refund. As today, I have not heard anything so I escalated to paypal for a chargeback. Now it's only been 7 days since I ordered so I am certainly not implying that they are trying to rip me off and I have no idea what the industry norm is as I've never had an issue with any other vendor, but the general perception of this company as shady combined with the lack of a reassuring response has left me concerned.
 
oh god..........i sure wish id seen this BEFORE I just bought a red tail green ratsnake from them!!!!! shit!!!!!! I sure hope im lucky on this........:/
 
Quarantine anything you get from Underground. Almost guaranteed it will be wild caught. Especially red-tailed ratsnake.
 
I have done business with underground reptiles before had no problems. most places sex but also say they cant absolutely be sure.
