    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy UndergroundReptiles GTP's

although i agree with it not being ur fault what does feeding live to a gtp show fault on the buyers part :shrug01: i have over 15 gtps some eat frozen some eat live feeding them live does not mean they are going o get sick or go off feed i am not getting your whole point with that comment. lst time i checked snakes eat live prey in the wild never heard of a snake going to a freezer in PNG dethawing a rat and eating it.

So let me clarify for you. I do not have a problem with feeding live. Heck, some of my snakes will ONLY eat live. My point was, the snake was eating frozen-thawed meals, and Underground told the buyer to continue feeding frozen-thawed, The OP chose to feed live...which is FINE, as long as they're aware of potential injuries, infection caused by injury, etc. Yes, I know they eat live in the wild, and this isn't the place for a live vs. frozen debate....but last time I checked, snakes live much longer in captivity than they do in the wild, and on top of that, these are domesticated animals, not wild.

I would think if would show her lack of following instructions for care of the animal. If this was so hard to do who says she followed the other instructions for care.

You could have tried some birds. Cheap like zebra finches to get the snakes motivated. Something you can leave in the cage without it chewing up the snake. My old imported chondros ate birds like candy. Same thing with the amazon tree boas. You cant expect wild caught animals to act and eat like captive animals. Thats why there is a price difference. What you pay is what you get.

Underground didnt do anything wrong.

We go threw allot of chondros every year. trust me, You can treat them for parasites, force feed them, and have them checked by a vet. Some times they just drop dead for no reason.
Chondros are one of the harder snakes to work with until you get them establish. Then they'll be one of the nices snakes you'll have.

The OP apparently isn't interested in any feedback. She has not logged back in since starting this silly thread.

Another hit and run newbie thread!:bolt01:

I received a few reptiles from Under ground reptiles and I had good and bad luck. I ordered two vine snakes and both of them died. The one had a bump on it's stomach and had a weird coloration on it. I ordered two red eyed skinks, only one survived. I only had it for about two days. He ate and was doing fine. My one kenyan sand boa isn't eating but the other one is doing fine. My frilled dragon and the tortoise I order is in great condition though. I would have contacted them but due to the time they did not guarantee after that long.
