    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Again - anonymous third party stuff, since the info came from "someone else". Best thing would be to notify Adam Serrano of this thread, and request that he add his story himself.
 
For any sane person, this thread is far beyond proving suspicion of a scam. As far as I'm concerned, Clark is now reporting on efforts to retrieve stolen property. It doesn't really matter whether or not Adam comes forward here, just whether or not he will talk to the police about his evidence. With the alibi blown (lost phone) there should be enough evidence for law involvement.

As I stated in POST #198.... He has been invited to do so. I just wanted to point out some information that I've gathered--alluding to the probability that Dakota's lying about his phone having been stolen. That the "it wasn't me, it was someone else who took my phone" argument isn't true.
 
And I am the "someone else". I found unitedmorph's Instagram page which had evidence of him conducting trades using fraudulent pictures (which I've posted here and there are more in my gallery). I contacted one of those individuals who led me to Adam. There is cached information on the web about Adam sending united morphs an ivory BP in a trade in February and Adam confirmed the phone number used was the same as on this thread. I will post the Instagram screenshots next (they are also in my gallery).

Regardless, there is a rule against the posting of anonymous third party quotes - which includes whatever information another person tells Clark. I'm all for outing scammers; but it has to be done within the confines of the rules. If Adam is unwilling to come here to tell his story, it shouldn't get told...the less desirable, but workable, option would be for Clark to identify the person that gave him the information.

When I get to a real computer I will post individual pictures. There are screenshots of the "deal" being made on unitedmorphs Instagram page as well as follow up on Adam's page about what happened after. There are also cached web pages of Adams Instagram page of him saying "goodbye" to the snake on February 14th stating it was on its way to unitedmorphs. He apparently deleted that after the snakes tragic "death".

As I said, I am the one who told Clark about Adam. My communications with Adam were all on a public page and I will post the screenshots when I get to a real computer (not and iPod) or someone can pull them from my public gallery attached to this page.

I didn't mean to be breaking rules. I apologize for that, if I did. I'm just trying to establish yet another reason not to believe the story of "it wasn't me".
 
Clark I am more than happy to help. Anyone who perpetuates scams where an integral part is not only is the person robbed but left to believe innocent snakes suffered as well needs some serious help. If Dakota is only 15 like you say, it's even more important. These are signs of a psychopath in the making.
 
he is only 15? I guessed he was not over 18.. but not quite that young.. sad was buying at the reptile show? he mentioned a return to buy.. did no one require ID??? did anyone ask his age? when seen in person??

Not discounting the online stuff.. but ok what the heck.. is selling or not asking "IF" someone is a minor or not standard procedures at a show??

No, it is not standard procedure. Some people will not sell to minors but there are others who do/will.

Attached are pics of Adam Serrano's shipping label, shipping box, and the ivory male he shipped Dakota on Feb. 3rd, 2014.

Dakota claims that Fedex left the box on the porch and that the snake froze. When questioned about it, he just quit responding.

Adam is not a member here. Below is the conversation via email that I've had with Adam:

Again, I'd like to thank all that have helped me find information for the deputy, whether here on this thread, in PM, email, instagram, facebook, or anything else. The amount of evidence has been astounding and surprising, to say the least. I think we have armed the deputy with an abundance of information and evidence that will hopefully lead to a positive outcome for me, and hopefully Adam.

If it means I have to take a trip to Iowa to testify, I'm very willing to do so. I really hope Dakota decides to just give up the snakes and get them back to me. It just seems like it would be better for all involved.
