In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dakota has handed my snakes over to a snake breeder local to him! When it came down to it, he made a wiser decision not to have to go to court over the matter. The breeder will be shipping them to me on Monday! It has been an expensive learning experience (expensive for the cost of shipping both ways), but I never would have recovered anything had it not been for all of your help here! I can't say thank you enough!
Dakota still maintains that Adam's ivory did die. Hmmmm...

Did you recieve pics of your snakes alive and well? Was this documented by the deputy? Hope I was able to help, its unfortunate that this hobby is filled with ppl like this, but as you've experienced, we way out number the scammers! I hope this breeder is reputable. Good luck and let us know when they arrive, and dont forget to quarantine

This was a perfect example of good people in the community helping each other out. I know a lot of us were on Instagram warning the entire herp community about this guy and gathering evidence for Tim. Great work!

Yes, I have pics on my phone of the 3 snakes alive and well. They're in trusted hands, too, so as long as nothing happens during shipping, (I always get nervous no matter what for shipping....) they should arrive just fine.

However, the fact remains that this kid made up a huge animal cruelty claim and lied about/faked their deaths in order to STEAL.
If I were the OP, I would wait until my snakes were safely in my hands (or the trusted friend/ breeder's) and then make sure his parental units are well informed as well as any and all humane societies in the area.
