Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had no doubt in my mind, but what makes it even grander is that not only did I win back the initial amount of $350, I got the maximum amount allowed of $3000!!!  And of course he/they never showed up - not like they had a chance anyway.  And it was so cool,  after court the judge came up to me and asked if I could get the snake out (I took it with me as evidence) so he could touch it and hold it!!!  

So Neil, how can I get in touch with your collector friend???

As always, thank you everyone for your un-ending support, and maybe someday the herp world will be safe from jerks like Brian Rogers!

As far as getting your money from him....go through the "normal" channels FIRST...if you don't have any success..THEN come to me!
Honestly...I'd rather not burn up a favor for something that ANY lawyer or collection agency can do for you....IF you have no luck with them....look me up and I'll help....OK?? ....Neil

Congratulations!!  I have been following your story from the VERY beginning back on the old BOI before it crashed.  I'm so glad that justice was finally served and that these people weren't able to get away with their scam!!
