    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    Addendum: 01/10/2026
    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

"Bert and Ernie", who are actually female, lol, just turned 2 months old on July 16th - woo-hoo! They are doing great, and have finally gone through their first shed. They have reached a whopping 4 1/2" long, and their growth rate has really picked up lately. I just took another video of them eating roaches. Here is the link...sorry, I don't know any better way to do this, lol...

Oh, they are just so darling. I'm so glad they're still doing well and it looks like they've been eating a ton...what little pudgies! Good job, mama.

Ha! That is a hilarious video, one head pulls for a cricket and the other head pulls away for another cricket. You must laugh every time they eat. They are great looking!!!

Very cute. It appears the head on the left eats more. Does this mean he will be the dominant one? Take good care Jamie and good luck with your babies. Beth

Bert and Ernie (and I) are going to be on KARK channel 4 news tonight at 6:00 pm CST for all you locals. For the rest of you I will post a link when it goes on their website. LOL - I was so nervous when they put the camera on ME, I don't even know what I said. Hopefully I was not too much of a dork, lol! Bert and Ernie were cute though...they evn ate for the camera guy.

Jamie

Oh, so cool that your little gals are getting some press! I bet you did just fine for the camera, despite how nervous you may have felt.

Can't wait to see it!

Oh my God, Jamie! You did great!!!!!

And Bert and Ernie are just darling. It's so cool to watch them eat. That really has to take some collaboration!

What a fantastic story! I loved seeing them eat and how they took turns catching the crickets!

Good Job on the story, and I am happy to see the herp community getting some GOOD press!
