Sounds like a reasonable answer. thanks M![]()
Yes, that appears to be the case. Ed, I just viewed your profile, since I'm a normal user, and did not see an "infractions" tab on it.

Wow, I received an infraction because I informed others that the item a member was selling they could obtain for free through Sprint directly.
Disruptive posting in classified ad
WOW, Sprint is giving that same phone away for FREE. So why would you want $185 for it, come on have some respect for others. What happened to being FAIR?

I did not cause separation or division into parts or rioting behavior so how was I disruptive? I have the freedom of speech (with respect to others) and the right to inform my peers of other options. This is America, where freedom of speech (with respect of others), is guaranteed by law and constitution. United States laws override ANY and ALL administrative enities; demonstrated here. If a friend or family member of yours wanted to purchase something at Walmart and Kmart offered it cheaper would you not inform them Kmart offer the same product cheaper? Should you receive disciplinary action because you informed others of such? I DID NOT tell others not to buy from seller, I only gave them other options. So, tell me how that was wrong? I can almost guarantee everyone either have done, will do, or agree with me on that.
No, this is fauna, a website and privately owned and if you can't follow the rules you will not participate here. Got it?This is America, where freedom of speech (with respect of others), is guaranteed by law and constitution. United States laws override ANY and ALL administrative enities;

Actually I was inquiring about the item, that is why I left the comment. I disagree with your determination of disruptive behavior. I did not tell others not to purchase for that price, I only informed them of other options. I request that such infraction be removed, in respect to United States Constitutional Amendment One; Freedom of Speech. I DID NOT disrupt or disrespect seller in ANY form or fashion. In summary, I have been wrongfully alleged and convicted for a bogus accusation of disruptive posting in classified ad. Anyone, including myself have the right to voice our opinion in a respectable way which was demonstrated in that post. I have not violated any terms or conditions of Fauna Classifieds.

I'm guessing he confused the neg karma as being that 2nd infraction![]()
I am not whining because personally I can care less about your infractions, even the one you just added. Like I stated above I NEVER informed anyone to NOT purchase from seller, I only gave others reasonable options. Like you say it is totally up to the buyer to do his or her own research, so there was no need for me to go into details of Sprint's free offer. I just gave my peers a GREAT starting point.
Yes, you were accused, tried, convicted, and sentenced...all with the click of a button. It didn't even cost the tax payers a single cent (we're very efficient here).
