    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've noticed alot of my shipments that were non-animal have been arriving late by a day or 2 when shipped UPS even tho their tracking service says its "on time". anyone else have this problem?

Must be cosmic rays or something. I bought a pair of used stereo speakers off of Ebay from a girl out in Washington state. I'm in North Florida. I called FedEx using their pickup tag system for a ground shipment. Each speaker was packed in a separate box and picked up on March 16th. On March 25th (Friday) I got one of them delivered. I called FedEx Friday, Monday, and Tuesday and was told that the box is in Georgia. Today I got a call from a tracing agent for them and he says the box is now out in Oregon somewhere.

On top of that, whenever we get FedEx ground deliveries here, the driver ALWAYS leaves the box sitting on the hood of my Jeep and won't make the extra couple dozen steps to put the box on the porch.

Their express service has been great, but I'm not too keen on their ground service at all.

.

Wow, I'd be ripping someone a new one :)bleep: ) :laugh: if they did that to me. Right here in my city this past Christmas, a woman got busted because she was following a truck (don't remember if it was fedex or UPS) and after they dropped off the packages she went up and stole them off the porches. The only reason she got caught was because one of the home owners owned a security business, and his "plain looking" average home, had like 12 hidden cameras on the property.

yesterday i shipped some1 a money order for a snake through ups nextday air and this mornin i decided to use the tracking number and see where it was and they shipped it ground. thank god it wasnt an animal i was shipping but now i might have to wait 6 weeks till im out of school for summer to get the snake (im on spring break right now)
