Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sorry, just realized Upstate did lie about CB, but still would like to see proof from Diane that the animal had ticks, is thin, is fine, went to vet, ect.....

You purchased an import, that is part of purchasing an import. You did not purchase a CB monitor from us, nor was there any indications during any part of the sale that you were purchasing a CB. I am not sure if you are new to purchasing reptiles, however, anyone will tell you that imports are going to have ticks, mites, etc. And being a business with a high turn over, we try our best to de-tick our animals, but there are going to be instances where you will find them.

What Gracie is trying to do in reselling the animal is frankly a disgusting display of unethical behavior.

That doesn't make your lies go away because she was a bad person.

The same way her lies don't go away because you (Alison) are a disreputable individual with a proven track record of lying.

I guess the only good thing... is that nobody honest got ripped off here. Inconvenienced way more than they should have been by both parties, but not actually ripped off yet...

And of course all the decent, honest people with morals and ethics can see this and avoid both of you. As much as I don't like seeing anything dishonest happen ever, to anyone... better bad things to bad people in the long run I suppose.

Congratulations to both of you, you have managed to make it obvious to anyone who reads this that both parties are to be avoided.
 
He is under the name boca reptiles. Up to a few weeks ago was still scamming on kingsnake.

Don't know what dragged this thread up but this guy used to live around me. He sold me a beautiful custom built enclosure. When I went to his house everything seemed on the up and up its just amazing how little you know people till you read the BOI. LOL I am however thinking that something must be fishy cause I know if I moved and I had a reptile name that I liked I would have been advertising it like Boca Reptiles FORMERLY Upstate Exotics same great reptiles different name cause we moved. Or something like that. It does seem fishy.
 
He has proven himself a liar many times over and sells sick animals. Read the other threads pertaining to upstate as well as boca reptiles he is still the same. People have also complained about him on I believe reptibid under his old name.
