    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would have to agree. However, it does seem to have sunk to a "trailer park, I sleep with my : sister, mother, father, cousin, aunt, granpa, dog and I am on Jerry Springer" sort of mentality.

More classless and pathetic than anything else.
 
Tonight.....

Tonight I will post everything I can get posted AFTER I work on moving into my new house today which is what I am in the middle of right now. Once I post everything we will be done here. I have more things to worry about than this senseless mudslinging here. I will continue to lurk in this community as I have for a long time.

Anja, whether or not you lurk is, of course, entirely your decision. However, your contribution is most welcome here.

In this instance you have been put in the position as well as the employ of someone who talks a lot but does not do much else. If it is up to you to post his proof, then please do so at your earliest convenience. We would all like to know all the facts on this one because of upchuck's past.

If they have tried to change, they deserve to do so. If they haven't we deserve to know that as well. Since your boss is the one with all the claims, both loud and unsubstantiated at this point, it seems that it does fall to you to bring the pertinant facts to the publics eye.

Anja, while pics of dead animals are fine, they prove nothing that I want proof of. Imports are known for high death rates and I am not surprised at all that ken had some die on him.

I need paper trails or emails with headers to prove timelines and contents. If you don't have these, then as Darin said, cut to the chase, or words to that effect, and say so. It'll save us all lots of time.

Without proof positive, not telling us what ken said, or what ken said alison said, or how he gave advise to sal on how to make cages, hell, even I did that, but, without some sort of concrete eveidence to prove ken right and alison wrong this is a TOTAL waste of time.

Is ken going to return alison's breeders? Is he going to sell them? Why doesn't he come on here and tell us? That would be best.

Please be up front about this. If you don't have the requested information please say so and stop right there.

Actually Wes....

After talking it over with friends and our vet, we did not send them to Ken....reason is, it is our responsibility with these animals...and I know if we ship them alot will not be able to handle the stress and will not make it. Not only that, since we know how Ken is, with the welfare of the animals at hand, it would be an animal control issue...that we knowingly shipped animals and knew the stress would cause their death.

Besides that, alot of the animals are at the point of being brought to a vet for euthanization (sp?).

Regardless, we are at a loss with Ken. He has alot more animals of our personal stock in hand than we have here...and whatever is left of his animals are too sick to ship and even too sick to continue on.
 
It's a tough place to be in. They are his animals. Euthanize them and ship the bodies to him, all of them, through proper methods. Then you have fulfilled all your obligations. Just take pictures to document it first.

I hope you get your breeders back. Doesn't sound likely though.

Maybe I missed something...
Allison has animals that belong to Ken....they are sick and some need to be euthenized.
Can a person who is not the owner of an animal authorize them to be euthenized?
 
Yes it is a tough place....I even asked on the thread what we should do...and no one answered me...so I guess it was a tough thing to answer by everyone...not only us...

If we ship...and we know the animals will not make it...it's animal cruelty....if we don't ship...then we're somehow wrong for not fulfilling ken's order he placed....although ken has a few thousand dollars worth of our animals (healthy, sellable, breedable, CB ones)....

But what can you do? Hopefully this will help anyone else out...and keep wholesalers and breeders aware of Ken and Elite Reptile.

And I think you're right...I'm not holding my breath to see ANY of my animals, although it would be the right thing for him to do....
 
ken did place them directly into alison's care and with the authorization of a vet I think this would be ok. Not speaking legaleze it may have some unknown repercussions but, if the animals are going to die, why let them linger and suffer needlessly? The vet. is the key part in this one. He/she should know if euthanasia is best.

I certainly don't believe in making the animals suffer, however there is a red flag going off here in my mind reguarding the legallity.
Allison, make sure you have clear documentation from the vet on everything and proceed cautiously.

Just saw your picture then noticed you were calling yourself elite. I just had a good laugh. Doesn' t mean I'm on upstates side. I can't stand them as much as you do.I'll leave it at that.:D
