    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Also, just a point I want to bring up....

If we were looking to screw Ken, as he likes to think, why would I have sent him most of his animals, MOST of my personal animals, not just go and use HIS credit from US Global....and STILL send back all his other stuff...

I could have kept everything, and sold it....but we didn't.

Look what he's selling my animals for...the chrondo alone is $600, plus $550 for the jungles....but in that shipment we also sent him a 9'+ CB Ceylonese and 2 big female breeder boas....right off the bat, if ken sells those animals that would break just about even on what he owes me for them. Not only that...one of the last conversation we DID have via telephone I told him I had a deal going and needed the 1.2 jungles I shipped to him 8/20, but he told me he sold them for $800...so he's already selling MY ANIMALS and i'm not seeing a dime of it.

The website is a done deal....a deal you closed the doors on yourself.

As far as the animals...I am sending you everything back that is sick and non-feeding....on Monday freight collect. (Including doa's). Then I will get airborne receipts together and you can pay me for all the shipping charges I have paid for YOUR animals, and you can send me back all MY animals you didn't sell (and pay me for the ones you have).

I hate to say this, but if they came from Upstate...then you are selling them or in the processing of selling them even if you technically havent SOLD one YET.

Does anyone else smell fish? Big stinky fish? Why is it that everyone they do business with on a large scale winds up in a pissing contest with them?

Instead of all the nonsense, just post proof. Invoices, contracts, photos, concrete evidence. Not he said she said, that holds no water here, not from either of you.

It's getting convoluted already what with personal animals from upchuck to ken, and ken selling but not yet having sold anything at all, and all the backbiting.

Not even one day and already 12 pages.

Try to just post the facts.

Really...so those animals I sent you out of MY OWN PERSONAL collection are YOURS now...interesting...i like the way that works out for you...you get them, you don't pay for them...you TRY to sell them...all b/c they're no longer mine...they're yours...hmmm

Here's pics of the animals sent to ken...in my front yard on the same log that alot of our pictures are taken on. This is part of that shipment before this large order...also there was 2 big boas and a trio of jungles sent in the same shipment...all never paid for.

Please I would like to see this.....you never paid us for them...THOSE animals came from us....please show proof off "your bank records" showing you paid us the $1235 for them.

Here's a thought..instead of saying "you do have"...just show proof....

Everyone has asked you to post proof....instead of asking if we want to see it...YES...just post it, we want to see it, as of now you have had no proof...and you won't b/c there is none.
 
Website Design and Domain Registration

I owned a website development/marketing firm for 3 years. In that time we built over 200+ websites for customers. I am in the process of closing down that company (limited now to taking care of the hosting and maintenance of existing customers only) due to our reptile business taking off like a wildfire and being just a whole lot more fun.

We would register domain names for customers. All contact information was to the customer not to Electronic Surfer (the name of the company). We received payment for the domain name up front (no need to worry about getting paid for that). Ok, that takes care of domain registration. Done deal. We're happy (paid) and customer is happy (they have www.theircompany.com).

Website design. We would design the site, go back and forth between the customer and the graphics people. All samples and website prototypes were put in test directories (usually www.electronicsurfer.com/theirsite/ ). The site files would never get anywhere near the domain name until a final sign off AND final payment. I played nice guy a few times (putting sites up before payment received), got burned and learned to stick to this rule.

DThomas is correct that with professional design firms the domain registration and site design are two separate portions of the contract independent from each other. The other way that this is being done here just prey's upon non-technical customers not knowing how the internet work and is unethical if not illegal.

I would like to see your proof posted on this matter. Then the entire thing can be cleaned up and straightened out.

On another note, Unless I am mistaken the P.M.Pimbura are ESA protected just like P.M.Molorus. Last I talked to USFW the only subspecies that did not require USDI permit/license was P.M.Bivittatus. Alison do you have your USDI permit to ship/sell them across state lines? If not you have violated the lacey act and are now subject to Federal Prosecution regardless of how you received them. You might want to double check with USFW specially since you have openly admitted to shipping them across state lines in this thread.
 
Proof

In the mode of proof, Ken I would say yes make scans of the the documents you are refering to and post them.

Alison make scans of the invoices, shipping info and other pics or whatever else is involved.

Retypes are good, but a pic is worth a 1000 words.
