Charming Snakewoman
Todd....
I do tend to disagree with that quote. The only reason in the other 2 posts it "looks" like that's what may have happened is b/c that's the excuse they are trying to use so that they don't have to pay us.
Corey did send animals back to us...obviously those were not sick...and never were. The fact of the matter in those other 2 posts is simple....they took animals on credit with an understanding to pay us off, they sold most of the animals (or tried to), they owe us money, they do not want to pay, they are trying to use other peoples words to show credibility on their part. If you read Corey's post just about everything he is saying about us is actually what someone on this thread wrote, and he is quoting. Both cases refuse to show proof on any supposed DOA's.
We do go the extra mile for our customers. Speak to anyone who has done business with us (cannot count this post, as all of them HAVE been taken care of). As a point, we had a woman call us that saw this post, and she purchased 2 corns from us anyway. She is completely happy and will do business with us again.
We have our share of unhappy customers, for whatever the reason, and every single one of them we have either done like you said and sold a replacement at a discount, gave them something free in their next order, etc. Whatever it takes to make them happy.
I do wish you would give us the chance...if you had purchased those tree boas from us you would have been more than pleased. The gentleman that did purchase some from us called us today to tell me how much better looking they were than he expected and wanted to purchase more (unfortunately we are sold out).
You can't always look at the bads....b/c in our case we did resolve each of them (Diana with the black throat, Tony with his refund, and the gentleman that was unhappy with a yellow rat who received the money for it, and we let him keep it.) And not only that, our track record is plenty more good than bad. But it seems just because I don't tell EACH AND EVERY one of my customers to come post their good experiences with us here on the BOI, we will forever be one of the "BAD GUYS".
All in all, from all 3 posts that you're involved in, I've learned a few things......first off......you sell a lot of animals that tend to die, very quickly I might add.
