    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

USFW SERVICE needs to change...help me please!!!!

I would like to know the explanation for the rule changes, if indeed they have one beyond furthering their own bureaucracy. I will sign your petition barring any glaringly justifiable reasoning for the changes....which I don't anticipate getting. I only hope that in bucking the system you don't set yourself up for any govt harassment, or state-sponsored economic terrorism.

Again as I stated in my previous post....Their rules have not changed. There is no rule that makes the application process for CITES documents (or any other application) with the USF&W any longer than it has in the past.
