• In case most of you have not noticed, I made changes to the donation amounts as well as the durations for all of the paid membership levels. Things are winding down here, and this seems to be the most prudent way to deal with the "end of life" period of this site.

Contributor level members - $10 per 30 days
    Sponsors - Eliminated
Benefactor level members - $25 per 30 days
Endowment level members - $50 per 30 days

On July 1, 2027, all paid memberships will be closed.

On August 1, 2027, FaunaClassifieds will be terminated.

Only change I expect that might take place is when I can get around to figuring out when the amount of money I would have to refund for the yearly paid memberships becomes less than the monthly expense of leasing my server, THAT date might be the termination date for the site.

Has anyone tried to stick an UTH on a ceramic tile. I'm a little "iffy" on whether the heater would stick well. I'm talking about attaching it to the bottom of the tile. If all else fails, I can turn the tile upside down for a smoother surface (but I'd rather not). I had planned on sanding it even first. Thanks!

Putting a UTH under the tile isn't necessary. If you just stick it to the bottom of your glass tank the heat transfers through the glass and the tile.

The tile is actually the bottom of the cage. It is mounted into the wood bottom which has vinyl flashing. This is for a ball python so bottom heat is essential.
