• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

We recently sold this person Vanessa Donadio, email name [email protected] a patternless leopard gecko.  She sent very brief emails, but paid via Paypal and all was well.  We agreed on a ship date and sent the gecko to her.  Now we have not been contacted by her, and the carrier that tried to deliver the package says that they have tried to deliver the package 3 times, left notices, and are holding the package for several days and then sending it back to us if she does not contact them.  We are in the process of having the package sent back to us ASAP, but we have tried contacting her in every manner that we can, she is not answering emails, we cannot find a working telephone number for her, and we have no idea if the gecko is alive or dead at this point.  We are not trying to say this person is bad or good, we are just concerned about the geckos health and concerned that maybe something happened to Vanessa that made it impossible for her to receive the gecko.  If anyone knows this person, and can give us a working telephone number for her, would greatly appreciate it!  Thank you.

Nevermind, she just emailed us saying that there was some sort of confusion!  She received the package.
