    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi Guys & Gals,

Looking for your opinion on the two below snakes.
I am looking to see if there are any 100% indicators whether or not these are Vanillas, for example: bellies, head spot, etc.

pic 1&2 = one snake
pic 3&4 = another snake

I appreciate your help in advance, thank you!

neither of them look like a vanilla imo
Vanillas look similar to a fire, head spot, speckling on the lower part of the aliens, ghost like coloring, etc.
 
I'm pretty sure the first one is. It has the same belly and solid eyes as my adults. Just not the nicest looking example of the morph. The last one I would say no. Send a pic to gulf coast reptiles, they can tell you for sure.

Neither are vanilla's.
The heads don't have the vanilla faded pattern and the bellies have way too much pattern on them.

Steve - is the belly clearness universal on all (vast majority at least) Vanillas or only on superior examples. Any chance these are super low grade vanillas OR are you sure they are not?? THANK YOU!!

Here is a belly pic of one of my girls. They look similar in color but the belly on your is not clean. Get a super fire male and find out for sure.

Thanks Robert & Greg for your input and thoughts on them.

I purchased these off Fauna from a guy with a super high end collection.
These are what I received in the mail as the two Vanillas.

So this isn't me day dreaming hoping that my normals magically might be Vanillas, but rather were specifically bought as Vanillas, which now everyone thinks are normals instead. :shrug01:
 
Oh my :) I only seen a few proven Gulf Coast vanillas,stick a fire/super fire on them to prove out Im gonna try to find the pic of my friends vanillas for you.Ill post them if I can find them
 
Best I can muster up this season is a Fire to breed them to. One is to weight already, but the other will have to wait a bit.

This situation makes my stomach turn. What was going to be a fun project has turned sour already. I feel bad as I am possibly ending up with Normals.

I will feel just as bad if these do turn out to be Vanillas and I stressed this whole time over it.

Either way this currently sucks!
