Her surgery was performed by Dr. Sabatini with Venomoid Inc., and she comes with a certificate of venomoid, including microchip id #. This cobra would make a perfect display animal or breeder and is perfect in every way. She has been fitted with medical-grade implants, has no visible scars, and is indistinguishable from her venomous counterparts. She is listed at $1200, if interested please contact me.

As far as I know it is legal to own both Native and Exotic Venomous Reptiles in the state of Ohio, but I would encourage you to contact your local authorities for the most recent permit information available.

Native Venomous: No permit required
Exotic Venomous: No permit required

For future reference Ohio does not regulate the possession of exotic venemous reptiles. (Contacted the DNR a while back)

ohio doesnt ban keeping venomous but cities can ban ownership of animals, my friend lives in ohio and he had kept venomous and found out he was not allowed where he lived.
