    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Victor contacted me a little while back about a female pastel that I had for sale. He offered me less than I was asking for, I countered and we agreed on a deal. He asked where and how to send the payment. I gave him my Paypal info....and that was the last I heard from him. Well, it was the last until a couple of days ago when he made me a low-ball offer on a group of 4 female morphs....despite running his own ad which states that he's moving across the country and can't take all of these animals with him. :shrug01:

I'll place no labels, neither GG nor BG, but this was MY only personal experience with him. Good luck with what you decide to do, but he is officially on my DNBFOSTL!
 
I recently did a deal with him. Shortly thereafter, one of the animals he received from me was listed on KS. Furthermore, the 2 of the animals I received from him wound up with mites.

I did not contact Victor about this because I was well aware of the fact that he had just gotten the animals, and did not produce them personally. I was willing to keep them quarantined to have a couple extra females around. I do not think he was aware of the mites, but given the speed with which he was reselling the animal he received from me, I would exercise caution.
 
Also, to be fair, I did vend a show a few weeks after receiving the animals, so it is not out of the realm of possibility that the show was the source. It should be noted also, though, that the animals received from Victor were the only ones that had mites. They were not brought to the show, and I do not recall handling them afterward.
 
I am also looking to buy from Victor. Scarnicom, please let me know how you feel since you have more experience here on Fauna.

I have had lots of fun here! I just got my first ball python a few weeks ago and if everything goes according to plan looks like I'll be getting him a mate soon!
 
So as soon as I asked for refs he said he'd call them and get back to me...been 24 hours and although he's been active here he hasn't contacted me again. I've decided not to buy, something doesn't feel right.

There was no malice in my post, and I specifically stated that I do not believe you knowingly sold me snakes with mites. Furthermore, I will go a step further and say that I don't believe it was reasonably possible for anyone to have known this, as I inspected those animals myself upon receipt. I also know, though, that you had just received them.

Our deal was just before the 11/28/10 White Plains show. Mites were discovered on 2 of the 3 snakes I received from you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the 01/24/11 White Plains show (which is one of the reasons I did not vend). The Jungles from you were the only ones that were affected, and were the only animals I brought into my collection during that time. Although it is possible that the mites came from White Plains, it is more likely IMO that they went undetected on the animals I received from you.

Again, I'm not laying blame, just stating facts.

One last thing on the Ivory Jag....you could have held out for what you paid. I was the only guy that produced them in the states last year to my knowledge. Yours was the last available of 6.

Glad your happy with the Ivory girl, and I hope you're not sour about what I stated. I don't hold you responsible for not detecting anything on the JCP's (if they were the source). I knew you had just acquired them, and quarantined them accordingly.

I hope you can see to it and accept my apology. I wish you nothing but luck and can see that if you have delt with mike before... Give. His reputation you must be the real deal! Again good luck with all your sales and trades!!!

Well you offered to ship first without being paid upfront and provided references and explained the NY tel number. Please don't feel you were being picked on but some of us hear on fauna look out for each other.
