Good guy post!
Not that Vin Russo needs a small hobbyist like me to give him a good guy shout out, but that is exactly why I'm doing it - because I'm little, and he still answered my questions and gave me the time and attention appropriate for a customer interaction.
He was polite, professional, and courteous throughout our transaction. Mr. Russo even held shipping for the animal I purchased until a date I could be sure someone was available to sign for him. I am beyond happy with the quality I received, and really can't wait for this little boy to get some size.
It may be a little thing, providing good customer service, but it does matter and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase future animals from Mr. Russo at Cutting Edge Herpetological Inc..
It took me 6 months of looking through breeders and their photos to find just the right animal, and Mr. Russo not only had the animal I had spent so much time looking for, he took the time to make my purchase feel important.
