    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just wanted to post on here about Vinny F. from Off the Ark exotic pets.

Just recently went to the Richmond Reptile Expo on behalf of the store I work for and among other things, purchased 3 Nigerian Uro's from Vinny on 10/24.

This morning (10/28) one of them had died and another was looking pretty bad so naturally I called Vinny to dicuss the problem.

Turns out, it was my dumba$$ fault and I was actually the problem. Without any hesitation at all, Vinny shipped me two more Uro's and told me what I was doing wrong and he even picked up shipping too!

Knowing that it was my fault, he was very helpful and went out of his way to remedy a problem that he didn't even create.

Reccomend Off the Ark to anyone. A+++
 
I didn't have their heat up high enough, I was feeding them a high protein diet which I guess is the main reason they didn't make it. Vinny explained that I needed to feed them dry greens and a diet similar to a sulcata tortoise and that their heat needed to be increased to have a basking spot of about 110.
 
The finch food idea was told to me by my employer. Apparently it had worked for them in the past but not this time. Again, i am the problem here and just wanted to show how Vinny went out of his way to fix it.
