This is an e-mail that i received from Alex Hue today because of a comment (you better have my axanthhic in good shape, cause your s**t sucks real bad) to him made in order for him to at least REPLY to me because he has been avoiding me all weekend while ive called him NUMEROUS times as well as e-mails. NOW I REALIZE THAT THE COMMENT I MADE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT WHEN SOMEONE DOESNT ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND VANISHES YOU HAVE TO LURE THEM OUT LIKE A SNAKE OUT OF A HOLE AND I KNEW THATS THE BAIT I NEEDED. AND YOU KNOW SOMETHING I CAN ADMIT THIS ON HERE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I HAVE 100% honest with the whole situation and i have an answer to everything I figured rude comment which is absolutely true would make him reply once he came out of his hole with his ball pythons. I've listed what his question was for me then my reply. Every reply i can prove 100% percent. I know how to care for these animals as well as have the proper housing for keeping them and caring for them. These animals are sick, i wont even post how many animals ive lost because that would be a total slap in the face to Mr. Hue and i dont want to do that. But out of 800 lets just say ive lost a TON, but according to Mr. Hue he lost 30 or something in that realm out of his last batch. Well not according to sources which i cannot give out but apparenlty he's been losing much more then that like more in the range of 100's out of a 1000 lot, huh i guess we have something in common now. Well anyways i just wanted to let everyone know what a great guy he is for FIRST telling me we were going to do something and he was going to refund me the balance of what he sold the axanthic for after he deducted the money for the snakes that had died within my custody which is absolutley fine with me thats the way things should go. BUT Mr. Hue thinks that because of a comment used to lure him out of his snake hole that he should have no accountability for the snakes which he gave me that are dying, and regurgitating everything they touch. NOW MR. HUE WHEN YOU REPLY TO THIS PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IF THAT AXANTHIC I GAVE YOU WOULD HAPPEN TO DIE THAT YOU WOULDNT BE BANGING ON MY DOOR TO GET IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS PRE-SOLD WHICH I TOLD YOU OUT OF MY RESPECT FOR THAT I WOULD NOT ASK FOR THE SNAKE BACK SINCE IT WAS PRE-SOLD. IF YOU THINK THAT IM GOING TO SIT AROUND WHILE 800 ANIMALS DIE YOU MUST BE A REAL GOOD GUY. THE ONLY REASON THIS IS EVEN BEING POSTED IS BECAUSE MR. HUE TOLD ME ONE THING AND IS NOW DOING ANOTHER BECAUSE ME AND HIM BOTH KNOW THAT THOSE ANIMALS ARE NOT HEALTHY AND BECAUSE HE HAS THAT ANIMAL PRE-SOLD HE'S COPING OUT OF FIXING THIS MESS. SO NOW I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW MAYBE HE'LL REALIZE HOW PEOPLE DO BUSINESS AFTTER THIS. MR. HUE I AM COMPLETY AWARE THAT SOME SNAKES WILL DIE WHICH THEY ALWAYS DO BUT NOT 100'S OF THEM. No im not kidding about these animals dying. If THEY were healthy then i would want to keep them and sell them to make some $$$$$$$$$. BUT they're not. Hey TNS, just a few of things. First- you need to put your full name in each and every post. Second- If you are going to use others as a source of backup you MUST post their names or don't use them at all, hearsay is no good here. Third- exactly what did you medicate the balls with, what was the dosage and the medication? Did you use only one or more than one and if more than one, what were the other(s)? Fourth- How do you have 800 of them housed? What temperature gradiant do they have? How many in what size enclosure? What are you doing with the bodies of the ones that died? FIfth- do you have other reptiles? Sixth- who else has access to your reptiles?

I have no idea whether or not you are on the level so don't think I'm going off on you here. I'm curious about what happened and need some info to form an opinion. Please let me know the answers.

I dont care who is at fault here, but this sickens me to say the very least.

I only have one question here. I recieved a call from TNS about 3 months ago and the person I talked to informed me that they "kept hundreds of balls". So if this is the case you care for your animals that you already own, PLUS 800 more? My question is this, you change 1000+ waterbowls daily, pick turds out of cages of 1000+ animals, and also feed and provide proper care for 1000+ animals?

Please let me know how its done, as I spend nearly 30-40hrs a week with 33 animals.

when you-emailed me over the weekend.....didnt I answer your e-mail and told you that I was out of state on my way back ?
Everyone that knows me will tell you that I answer e-mails alot quicker then phone calls because I almost always check my messages later in the evening whereas I check my e-mails throughout the day.

why did I tell you not to send back any bodies ??? because you told me right off the bat when I asked you about the bodies that they were either decomposing outside your window or in the garbage or in a hole you dug for them and you would only send some of them back and not all of them....which implys that you didnt have them all. So didnt I ask you how many you thought you lost because I would replace that amount even though I didnt have any bodies ???

As for the "copout".....everytime I've ever sent you an e-mail or talked to you on the phone, I've always tried to be professional and courteous. What did you do the last time I spoke with you on the phone ??? didnt you start using profanity and were ranting and raving with f**K this and f**k that??? what about the e-mails you've been sending me ??? you know the ones that go something like if you dont do this or if you dont do that then I'll ( threats ). I dont need to be talked to or e-mailed in that fashion, especially not after I've tried to work this thing out with you from the get go. If you CAN'T work things out in a professional and courteous manner......then why should I ???

didnt we originally agree to the fact that you would send the babies you didnt want back today for delivery tomorrow, and when I received them I would then go ahead and convert them to cash for you ? did you ship out the babies today ? or did you leave me a message on my answering machine with more profanity about how you wanted me to send you cash before you were willing to send me the babies back ??? let me see... you want me to send you cash for babies that I havent received yet, even though you said you would send them back today so I can see them and THEN give you equal cash value for them.

as for the replacements I sent you, you say that you opened the box immediately upon arrival and you even had roommates that saw you do it, did the babies arrive in the morning or afternoon ? remember I've got the tracking number so dont lie. the reason I ask is because you told me that your ROOMMATE opened the box immediately upon arrival in the morning and called you to tell you that more of the babies I sent you were dead, explain to me how YOU opened up this shipment in the morning in front of your roommates and didnt bother to e-mail til 5:15 sometime to let me know that there were dead ones in the shipment ???

Honestly Mike, when I was standing over you and watching you look through the 800 babies I originally delivered to you....did you once say to me that there was a dead one or that there was a few with mouth rot ??? I watched you sift through those babies and not once did you pull out a dead one or pulled out a few and said to me that they had mouthrot or anything else of that matter. You didnt even get the Axanthic male out of your "reptile room" I traded you all those babies for til you were finished looking through the babies I brought you and were satisfied that we were going to proceed with the deal. Had you noticed a dead one or a few with mouthrot, you know damn well that you would've looked right over at me and told me so........but you didnt because you know damn well that they were all alive and healthy when I left your house. As for you saying that I did know about it.......check your old e-mails, I flat out said in one of my e-mails dated 6/9/2003 at 8:55PM that I drove all of these babies, hand delivered them to you and DIDNT LOOSE A SINGLE ONE. If you really would've told me that you found a dead one when I was still at your house.......why didnt you correct me when you received my e-mail or when I talked to you on the phone and kept saying to you that I couldnt figure out what happened because I DIDNT LOOSE A SINGLE ONE when I delivered them to you and you agreed.

Even when I was at your home,your friend who's name I wont mention was very polite and courteous......you were very cocky, arrogant and rude. I should've known better from the get go and should've just not done the deal. I am out alot of time, money, and animals all in order to please you....and all you've ever done is yell, scream, rant and rave over the phone or send me b.s. e-mails. You keep saying that you're professional and a true businessman.....you could've fooled me.

Some answers for you guys

Al it's a full time job.

Lisa Marie, i never expected to have 100% healthy animals i know the story with imports is so nothing is ever guaranteed i know that. BUT just like i would of replaced the snake for Alex and Alex did replace them for me (not all that died) but then those died before i even opened the box.

Wes to answer some of your questions. 1-my full name is Mike Brooks 2-Take my hearsay for what its worth im not asking anyone to take that as proof which i realize its not. If you read the whole post that is not what im basing anything at all. 3-My personal vet gave me a cocktail of different things to soak them in to make sure they drank it. Thats what you do with 100's of ball pythons that are CH. Flagyl, panacur etc ....i believe but ill get you more on that. 4-I have 10 to a bin. Anyone who keeps large #'s of balls with certainly tell you that 10 to a bin is more then adequate. The bins are 25"L x 15"w x 4" H. The hot spot in every bin is 88 and my snake room doesn't go below 77 and the ambeint difference is just about that. 5-Yes i do have other reptiles. Many other Boas and Pythons including some high end balls and such.6-im the only one that has access to my reptiles because i keep my snake collection off limits to anyone because of the dangers involved with some of my animals. So i think i can rule out anyone trying to sabotage my collection.

Before anyone asks anymore questions about how i was taking care of them let me assure you that i know how to take care of a ball python. Another thing is that this is not something thats been going on for weeks. It's been one week and ive lost numerous probably around the 200+ mark already. And the first night i lost a majority of them not to mention all the dead ones that were shipped to me. As far as Alex im sure he is a great guy and im sure he's done great business with many people but with me he didnt simple. And just like i would replace the axanthic if he was knocking on my door i would expect the same which he did you but all those were dead. YOU"VE got to be kidding me with that. I'm very serious about what i do and very serious about this business. I have a lot of time and money invested in what i do and im not trying to bad mouth anybody who doesnt deserve it. I've lost 200+ aniamls already within a week. I'll be posting 34 snakes I just pulled out of cages that were rotting. Something is wrong when that many snakes die in week. As far an an e-mail from you i dont recall getting one but i am very busy and run another business as well so i might of not seen it. BUT i called you how many times and YOU told me to call you if i had a problem or do you not remember that was the whole reason why you were upset in the first place? I'm sure you got my messages? Or maybe your cell phone was broken like mine. As far as my profantiy you traded me a lot animals that are dying im not happy. And on your end you're not doing much except sent some more dead snakes. Yeah my threat was that i was going to do my damndist to make sure nobody else buys from you because of how the deal with you went-SIMPLE. Profantity-I'm not happy with you guy and i let you know it. I gave you a perfectly healthy animal with slight mark under his stomach that was fading fast for 800 animals which was much more then you told me in the first place. What do you just give extra animals to everyone? Alex I dont care what i called and told you, you should make good on what you did. My threat was this, this is my threat. Play the conversation to people i could really care less. I've been cleaning decaying ball pythons for a week now. Please do not make comments that are untrue, the person that was here with me knows exaclty what went on here and his animals are croaking too. NONE of these other people were there. Because this is betwee n me and you his name is not important. But for reference between me and you that is different. I have nothing to hide from anyone on here and anyone who asks me will get the truth that still doesnt help me with a bunch of rotting snakes.

I check them a probably twice a day, because like i said i have another business. Once in the morning before work then after work. Could be 8 hours. In a few hours an animal can start to decompose especailly with heat on it or am I the only one that has seen something like that happen?

I just took pics with a new camera and my g/f is installing the software tomorrow because i just gave my old camera to my sister yesterday so i cant take pics with that one as of yet. I'm gonna take pics everyday and a count on how many die and ill keep all you posted and we can have the countdown to 1 together. Dont worry about pics, they'll be furnished tomorrow. You're correct all this talk is getting me nowhere.

TNS, How do you know how much meds they are getting if you are soaking them in a "cocktail" of different medications? Could they be getting poisoned?
I only deal with Captive Bred,Born/Hatched over the last 6 yrs so I do not deal with hundreds of snakes that need deparasitizing. I don't know if this "cocktail" soak is common practice but it sounds dangerous to me.
I would have a necropsy done on @ least one to find out what is killing them. I feel very bad for these snakes and I hope for their sake that you find a way to stop them from dying.

flagyl, panacur, etc. Hmmmm that leaves a lot of possibilities. Are you just pouring a bunch into a container and letting them soak with no way of knowing how much of anything they may be injesting inidvidually?

And I never suspected sabotage. Was actually curious if there might have been more than one person administering meds to these guys.

I do find it curious that Alex has sent many balls out to many and no one else has had this experiance. Please let us know what else was in the mix you soaked them in.
