    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i am getting a brookesia species baby cbb, from someone who got an order with it in there accidentally. the person doesnt know what species it is, but takes a great guess at it being perarmata are decaryi. let me know if your interested.thanks,Dave

Brookesia perarmata

Brookesia perarmata receives the highest protection under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES)-- as it is listed under appendix I. The trade of these animals is only allowed under "special circumstances," and these exports permits are only issued if the animals were legally obtained. These permits can only be issued to approved facilities or organizations and could NEVER be obtained for commercial puposes. Therefore, I HIGHLY doubt that the animals of which you speak are, in fact, B. perarmata.

Regards,

Fabian

well heres some food for thought. i know a private breeder who has obtained a good amount of specimens of both decaryi and perarmata well before either or were ever put down on cities. you cannot prejudge a situation until you know the facts. now back to the story here, cbb babies of such small and fragile figures are nearly impossible to sex or profile from one another. i could put a $100 dollar bet down that one verrucosus and one oustallet baby both born the same day couldnt nearly be told apart accurately. so this is where my friend who has privately bred both species, found a newly hatched brookesia that had either gotten loose from an enclosure or had hatched somewhere on his property as a few of his specimens had gotten loose prior to this incident including a vast majority of his gravid stock. although the brookesia baby has already been sold off to someone educated enough to make a greater guess at it being perarmata rather than the chance of it being decaryi. so i highly doubt you can keep making good judgments without knowing the truth. are there aliens? is there a heaven? can you tell me you trully doubt either when you have no hands on experience with such subjects
