    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anything more recent on this guy? I got contacted by a "James Shaeffer" of Shaeffer Exotics who claims to be from Ravenna, Ohio.. Mentioned this thread to him and he told me this thread is about another "James Shaeffer".. What are the chances?? Did this thread's "James Shaeffer" ever sign his emails w/ "Shaeffer Exotics"? The email address hes sending me mail from is [email protected].. Just trying to iron all this out b4 i decide to deal w/ him..

Given that Ravenna and Newton are about 16 miles apart I would guess that the chances are pretty slim.

Hey i live in Kent Ohio (city next to Ravenna) and have friends who live in Ravenna and have never heard of Shaeffer Exotics. I thought i knew every reptile guy around. If you send me an address on James, I can go find out whats up. I also work with a guy who is a vol. firefighter for Newton falls. I'm sure he has some officer friends that will help out. I just got taken on a deal so i know how it feels. Let me know if i can help in any way since I'm 5 mins away.

Are you sure going round there is a good idea? He might contact the authorities and try to make look bad or something. Especially if he's a kid.
 
I wouldn't go in an aggressive manner. People seem to try to resolve thing better when face to face. I talked to my friend and one of his friends( Newton Falls officer) is willing to be there also. If he still lives at home, it may be better because a parent could help Richard get his snake or the money. Would I be in the wrong for going? I'm just trying to help and the fact that I'm 15mins. from the address given.

Yeah. You just copy the emails, come here and click on post reply then click on go advanced and paste in the emails. That's probably the easiest way. :)

Just thought you might want to know, I took the burm
back to the vet, and got him some meds that were
suppose to help him. After being on the meds for a
week the vet told me to try and feed him again
(Teusday mid-day). Once again he regurged. I left him
alone the rest of the night and decided to check on
him in the morning. Well he was cold and limp

So I will still send you the boa, but I am not pleased
at all. and I really do hope you can find me another
labyrinth for a decent price.

The Albino is a '03 1.0 3ft 5in. The Snow is a
'04 0.1 2ft 8in. Both are very docile animals that are
GREAT eatters. I am looking for:

Burmese Python Morphs (No Hets. must be 1.1)
Royal Python Morphs (Can be Hets. MUST have photo ID
of genetics)
Reticulated Python Morphs (Same as with Royal Pythons)
Green Anacondas (must be docile)

Good Sized Cages (AP, Vision, Monster-Cages)
Baby Racks (dont matter if they hold 3/4/5/8/10/20
each, but I need to be able to hold 40 babies)

Incubator(s) (not lookin for the cheap $40 plastic
incubator)

Yup thats correct. I will send her out delta then.
Its no problem at all. I will be home on monday till
3:30pm (est. then off to work) so if its before then
call me, and if its later then that on Monday, I will
call you when I get off work (10pm est.)

I am gonna try and get a sterilite container to hold
the granite, so I will call you tomorrow and let you
know if I got one set up for her. (as I defenitly want
her to). So just let me know if you want the Albino
BCI or the Snow BCI in exchange for her. But I am off

How ya doing Richard? I got the pics of the
granite, she is gorgous, I defenitly want her as well.
I talked to mike, and he was not to keen on shippin
out the Stripe gal first, but I convinced him to ship
the same day that you ship the labyrinth. (just let me
know if you want the boa via Fedex [overnight]or Delta
Dash [same day]).

I am lookin to trade the Snow, but did not really want
to trade stright up for a Granite Burm (being as the
price's are so far apart). Did you happen to have any
other pythons? I am currently lookin for:

Royal Pythons (Normal females or morphs)
Retics
Burms
Bloods
Scrubs

I would also consider trading for cages or possibly
even some "hot" species (Cobras, Gaboons Vipers,
