I recognize that male yellow citrus. It used to be my boy when I was into dragons. Mike purchased it not to long ago saying he was going to be a breeder I believe. It sucks to see him just selling him

And if he or she says that they are going to stop feeding them because of a BOI then I hope they the owners starve and not the dragons!

Pretty much textbook scamming. PayPal takes about 3-5 business days, at most, to verify a bank account with them. Sometimes, it takes less. I can verify my bank within minutes. I am pretty sure you can do so with Chase as well.

Western Union, Moneygram and Bank Transfers are pretty much impossible to get your money back from.

They really have no leg to stand on.

Re-Read Paypals New Policy set in not long ago. Any New account even verified with bank, will have up to 21 day hold on all incoming balance. Not defending them, but its a policy that not anyone can signup and get money same day. They have to wait, same with ebay now. All funds are put on hold with new accounts.

I understood that as they are basically out of money besides taking care of themselves and can't afford crickets. Not that they will purposefully starve the dragons over a BOI bad guy.

However, to the OP, don't discount a small or nonexistent fauna history. While it CAN be an indicator, you'll some times snub someone who is genuinely nice. I've bought and traded here now and didn't receive a rating on either transaction (I don't find asking for them is a decent thing to do either).

Glad they owned up to their "mistakes" however I see it as a hindsight mistake, in that it didn't become a mistake until the BOI came up.
