    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have had many transactions with Ben both in person at shows and at his store in Sarasota. He and his staff have always been courteous and very knowledgeable. I have bought both animals and feeder items from him. I cant explain your dealings with him, maybe just a bad day. Dont let that sway you from getting an animal from him. He has top notch stock.

If you aren't going to waste your time reading it then why would you waste your time telling people that they need to learn how to use commas? I don't think this is English 101. If you have something enlightening about the subject matter or something that isn't insulting, then post it. Obviously this lady/girl isn't all there and it doesn't help insulting her anymore. She needs help but I think grammar is the last thing she should worry about. But to post about someone's grammar here, I believe you would be insulting 80% of the folks on here.

It seems to me that this thread is turning the B.O. I. ( Board of Inquiry) into the B.O.I. ( Bickering Over Insignificants). Lets get back to being a little more professional and forget about the little stuff ( grammar, spelling, name calling, gossiping). We will all be better off for it. How is everyone in the reptile industry going to respect the B.O.I. if we keep acting like this.

This is Just my opinion even though this kind of puts me in the ole class of "do as i say not as I do" since this post is a little off subject.

I can't believe it, but I actually read all 17 pages of this thread and I don't recall reading anywhere that this person is trying to pass themselves off as a Christian. I am a Christian. It's not a political group, organization, or social club... it's an all-consuming commitment to the progression of loving and trying to be like Jesus that someone like this very obviously does not have. This thread is a waste of everyone's energy (yet, ironically, I myself am compelled to read and respond to it... lol) It sounds like this person is just hurt and trying to hurt two fantastic people's names. Ben Seigel's and God's.

My husband has delt with Ben's store and was treated very well. They were very polite and helpful even though he did not end up buying the snake from them. Because of how they delt with us i know i will end up getting something from Ben someday(if i can ever find the room)
Ben as you can see there are ton of people who have your back on this. And being in the retail world myself i know what kind of "freaks" you have to deal with. Unfortunatly it comes with the business.
As for the "little" girl - because that is what you are even if you turn out to be an adult. Get off it already! What do you really think your going to acomplish (nice spelling huh) by doing all of this? I mean trying to trash someones name because you acted like a child! Or even sending harrassing emails to people who gave their oppinons. If you did want their oppinons then you should have never posted. As a matter of fact the more i think about this you shouldn't have posted! I think it would be in the best intrest of youself that you stop what your doing. Because as you may or may not not that if these people your harrassing track you down they can bring up charges and they have proof. Your dumb emails you've been sending.

I too made it through all this mess and have a few comments.

1. Ben and his wife are great people with great animals, YES I have bought from them.

2. To the author of this thread, GROW UP, and learn that some folks only put up with so much crap. I wouldn't have put up with half of the stuff others have.

3. 88, read above. Also, don't worry about telling me you wouldn't buy from me as I wouldn't sell you used toothpicks.
 
Wow...the quality of this CHARACTER!

This is by far the most entertaining discussion I have ever read. A complaint with no real explanation (I highly douby she kindly asked for shipping and that a man like Ben would say "figure it out yourself"). Then knowledgeable people wanting a better explanation, and then her telling us all that we are hateful bad people that need God in our life. HAHAHA, WTF, I think we all agree on this one, she can not be taken seriously ever again.

By the way did anyone find God over this one, Ben?, anyone? I think someone needs to enroll in Evangelism 101 or just plain shut up.

That being said, let's address the additional complaint first. Sheila Topp has accused Ben Siegal of being rude. Taking this accusation and examining the laws of customer service, one must remember that they don't need to do business with anyone. The Honorable Jason Shephard advises the forum that if they don't like someone's customer service, they should move on to someone else. At this point, they lose nothing, except patience. If you don't like someone do not send them your money. This is a precursor to disaster.

Moving on to examine the evidence the Forum finds that Plantiff possesses exceptional considerations based on past conduct which will be addressed here and now.
