i write this to warn anyone dealing or about to deal with bob ellis of ohio here is my story it all happend in late october i had a bunch of captive born baby ball pythons up for sale i had about 10 i sold to a few people everyone was happy with them then i hear from bob he tells me that he wants some so we try and work payment arrangements he then says he doesnt want to do pay pal so i say ok i give hime the adress and tell him to express mail me a money order 2 weeks later he sends a check snail mail so i call him and tell him that i dont accept checks so he proceeds to convince me to accept the check which i agree too this next part is my fault due to the high volume that i was doing at the time i confused his check with another deposit that was made for close to the same amount and ship his animals out 1 week later i get his check returned by my bank as having bounced so i call him up and he proceeds to tell me how thats impossible how the check was good blah blah blah he then tells me too send the check back and he will send a money order this was now december so i do so and do not hear a peep out of him till feb at wich time he tells me that he didnt receive the check but will go ahead and send me a money order but that my balls were not captive born how they were loaded with tics blah blah blah but says dont worry about it he sold them anyway so now this creep has made money on my money meanwhile im not only out the balls but im out a extra $25 in banking fees for a bounced check that i did not charge him for so here we go i wait 2 weeks and no money i call him and he says he sent another check out at this point i am mad but i figure better than nothing 2 weeks go by and nothing i call him back he says he sent it to wait a few more days and see if it comes at which point he says if it doent come he will express out a money order another week goes by nothing so i call again he tells me he will express a money order i wait and call him later that afternoon at which point he tells me he droped a money order out in the snail mail because he could not make the post office 2 more weeks go by and i am furiouse so on the 27 of march i call him again and i flip i tell him if the money order does not arrive to my adress by friday that i would be knocking on his door on saturday and guess what friday i receive a check post marked on the 27th meaning he never sent any thing out at all before my threatning phone call plus he sent another check i have no delousions about this check clearing or me ever seeing any of my money it is only $160 but the point of the matter is that that is my money and not only that but this scumbag has already profited from it also he also tells me on the 27th that 2 of the balls died gee why didnt he tell me that back in december huh? because the scum is lieing may be ?any way vendors beware this guy is a peice of garbage
