About 2 months ago I ordered a bag of clarks from him. It never came. I finally filed a paypal dispute after several emails went unanswered. I asked for a refund. Finally Eric replied. Said he had been at the hospital with his mother.That the original bag was lost by USPS, but never would provide me the tracking info to back that up. Said he sent me another new bag so no refund could be given. This went on for over a week. 3 different days he said he sent it, when in fact when I finally got it I see that the label was made on line 2 days after the last lie email saying he sent it.
Now I was contacted about the fact I am reselling the food on my website. Seems he doesn't care for that idea much. I don't see the problem considering my prices are higher. I am sure I am not taking any of his business.
No one like the fact that I had the trade marked or copyright ingredients listed, so I removed it. If "they" don't want people to know whats in their food, so be it. It all seems silly to me. Whats the big deal.
Now today I have had to call the police. First Eric called and left a very explicit vulgar message on my voice mail. Then he started calling all the cab companies, pizzas, ect in my county and sending them to my home tonight. He even is so arrogant as to call back and leave another message saying he "doesn't need that cab anymore" and that there will be "lots of people coming by". And that "someone will be there early in the morning to fix your water heater".
I had to call the police and file a harassment report and have been advised to do so every incident. This all all after my attorney had me send him a cease and desist letter even.
Now he has further threatened to have "BIG BREEDERS" slander and bad mouth me on their website. Who? I don't know. What will they say? Who knows.
BEWARE of doing any business with him. His practices are deceptive and not consistent. You can't count on product from him when you need it. And he is not truthfull about it.Then to top it all off, he is not only immature,but borderline crazy I think. He is wasting the time of professional people in my community that are trying to work for a living and have NOTHING to do with this!
Within the 10 minutes I have been trying to type this he has sent me 20 anonymous emails, that have a picture of a rat on them, and say "You have been warned". Now I have to go report him to his isp!
Because EVERY email is vulgar to the core I am not posting them. I have all emails and voice mails. Feel free to email me if you need to see them.

I had a long night of phone calls every 5 minutes. No sleep. Now starting at 6 am repair people started showing up. Luckily I was able to get more information from them.The "guy" who is calling these people is using a calling card. He told one repair man that he was in the "reptile biz" and referred him to geckomadness.com. What a ding bat! So proud of himself, he forgot to lie!!!!He also can't give any of these folks directions to where we live. So they knew something was fishy. But the worst part is that he is saying that he is my husband. So now he has committed identity theft. This guy really is digging himself a hole!

Absolutely call the cops! and document EVERYTHING! If you can, get names and numbers of all the repairmen that do show up, and copies of their work orders. If he is telling people he's your husband he's now in Felony Territory, and if he's doing this stuff from another state, he's looking at Federal charges. Is there any way you can record the calls you're getting?

Get depositions from all the people you talk to that collaborate what this scumbag is doing. Exhaust all criminal and civil means.

There is a difference between those who would come on here and fight 'face' to 'face' and thsoe who do this type of thing.

Record emails, phone calls etc. have individuals other then you present for accepting calls, winessing them on speaker phone, etc.

Seeing that he is in NY, make sure your authorities are working with closely with theirs. I am in NY and if there is a place with laws against everything its the Empire State.

Feel free to PM me with further suggestions. I have had people close to me harrassed before and its definitely something that gets me rolling.

I do not have a way to record him if I pick up the calls, so I let the machine get it. He is arrogant enough to say all of this on those recordings.

I have made 11 police reports thus far. I am waiting to hear from a detective or someone. I submitted all the evidence via their website. They don't man the stations here in this county. We are too small. All non emergencies have to make a phone or internet report of harassment www.spokanecounty.org/crimereportingcenter/ It says it can take up to 72 hours for them to reply to me.

I have made a report every time someone has shown up. They have a vouched to be witnesses. He is wasting their precious time too! They have all asked for his number and I gave it to them. Several have called and documented that he is the very same person who made the order.I have tried to make a report every time he calls, but with them coming in every 3 minutes or so it is impossible. So I make one about every hour and just include how many different incidents happened within that hour!

I have never had to deal with something like this. If I didn't know better I would swear I was dealing with a young teen. I have a bad feeling he really does have some metal issues, that in itself is scarey!

Is there a way, and if so how, I should be reporting this to his town as well? My attorney said to document it all since he has clearly violated the cease and desist order. But it will be costly and time consuming to go after him.

I don't know the legalities, but if it's possible you should forward your reports to a police station near where he lives. Since his address is publicly available (he published it himself under the contact information on his website), I would go ahead and report him. The nearest "big" town to his place is Peekskill. Since this event has occurred between states, I believe the state police should be called. They should be based there. If not, you can always call the state police in Poughkeepsie to get another phone number. The state police contact information can easily be found on the internet, so go ahead and google the information.

Personally, I think it would be best if you could get your police department to contact the police in his area. Or, have your lawyer forward the cease and desist order to the state police up there and have them go knocking on his front door since it's obvious he hasn't followed the order. He certainly hasn't been smart about hiding his tracks either, so go get 'im!

Ok, I was just contacted by the PD. They will not contact his state for me. But they suggested I do, as well as give them my case #. They said all reports from the first one on are all linked to 1 case #. 06-201962. That all further reports will go under that number as well.

Seems he also has a friend down south who has taken up his cause and started in.His first email was a stab at the condition of one said to be "too skinny" gecko. Juvenile who is NOT too skinny. When I snooped around a bit and found them tied in and replied that he out to take a look in the mirror and cut and posted some facts about a few of his auctions: Here is a copy of the email I just got from him, along with a nasty phone message about copyright with lots of explicits. In one auction he is selling a week old gecko (too young in my opinion) and is asking $18 for shipping which makes me wonder if it will be shipped properly.

In another auction he is selling a gecko with a deformity with the assurance that it is due to vitamin deficiency in the mother and it's not genetic. Deformed geckos most frequently result from temperature fluctutations and regardless if they are genetic or not it is definately not advisable to breed such an animal.

I wouldn't sell a week old gecko and would certinly not sell one with a birth defect,nor would I own 1 with a birth defect. If I were to ever hatch out a defected gecko it would go straight into the freezer, but with my expertise I don't ever expect to have that problem.

You may want to turn the ringers off on all of your phones at a certain time tonight, if that has been a problem. I realize there is a downside to that, but you will have to weigh it against the upside. You may be able to post a couple of the sample emails, with expletives deleted, to allow others here to draw a more first-hand impression.

As to Mr. Weber, and his "sphere of influence", no reputable person will join his bandwagon. Push with all means to contact his local police. They deal with this kind of junk all the time, and will send someone by to talk to Mr. Weber, give him some sound advice, etc. I understand that the hoosegow is handicap-equipped if need be. Wish he would come down here and play. If the handicap thing is legit, it would seem that he is mentally impaired beyond any physical restrictions. Shame.

Also I did inform him in one of his numerous calls last night that I made police reports, retained an attorney today, and posted on fauna yesterday. His reply was explicit. I also emailed the same info under "legal mail".

I dont know how to do screen shots. Can someone help? He sent lots of threatening images he made of rats saying "you have been warned" and be ware, your gonna get it" stuff like that. Since they are not text I don't know how to put them here.

If someone neutral wants to call I can play them the voice mails. All but 1 mom accidentally deleted one the first time. She hit the delete # instead of the save #.

I am waiting for a return call from a sheriff in his county also.

If a few of the emails are even half of what you indicate, I believe they will be quite adequate. Certainly the police may want the tapes (be sure to make a mini-cassette copy), and I would preserve the originals as long as possible until the police tell you they are not needed. They may need to make copies they can certify first. Then lets see if Eric wants to come here, now that his name and business are up in lights, and explain the misunderstanding.

Hmmm. You must be in contact with the ex. Oh boy , what a loser she is . I haven't done maintenance in years. I don't know if she has moved and don't really care. Look on the top row of your keyboard. You will see a key most likely beside the F12 key. Hit the "Print Screen|SysRq" key. Nothing will happen. Go to MS Paint (Start>Programs>Accessories>Paint). Hit CTRL+V (or just paste it in there) and then save.

To anyone reading these lies. Wendy Childs & Jeane Best have set out a terror campaign against me. I have never been in contact with these people whatsoever since May 18th. The lies about the food dealing can be dealt with at a different time. The matter at hand is that since yesterday until 5:07 AM. this morning, These people have called my house, threatening me and my family, my business, my friends over and over and over again. I myself have contacted the Spokane Sheriffs Department, My Local police department (which where at my house at 4am and witnessed the continuous flow of phone calls). I have never emailed these sick disturbed people. I do however have tape-recordings of some of their threats and have handed them over to the police. The only time I called was to leave a message on their answering machine telling them to cease and diciest this insane unprovoked attack. I welcome them to prove in any way that I left vulgar messages or emails. They say they have my IP address, what is it then. I encourage them to prove one bit of their INSANE ACCUSATIONS. They have things such as phone records and ISPs have records of any emails sent from ones location. I am collecting all of them to turn over to the police. These will disprove everything they are claiming and prove their sick and disturbing criminal behavior. I intend to press charges and have started the process and then I will begin a civil suit.

I am going to post s series of emails between Nicole and Clark Tucker and WENDY CHILDS AND JEANE BEST with Nicole and Clarks permission.

When they want more I have Matt listed as the source on the care sheet that goes out with them. I have been asked over and over to offer it to our few customers who need that too who buy other food/feeders from us so they save on shipping instead of going to Matt. So I choose to offer the food I have purchased and paid for to them...... What the hell is the matter with that? I sell maybe 8 onces every 2 weeks to a handfull of customers. Good lord it is not as if I sell 100 pounds.I do not advertise it in any ads I run. I do not mass market it or any of our feeders or food for that matter!I only have the link on my site so they can use the same paypal cart as they do when buying everything else from us.

300 geckos. I have almost 150 babies. They dont eat much. As well as the other adults are in 10 harem cages. One 2oz deli cups per cage. I FEED BABY FOOD! So it 5 parts food. 1 part Clarks. Not 1 part 3 part water!!!!! Do the math!

And I have an excellent repor with ALL the "BIG" breeders!If you think this is worthy of trying to smear my name I will consider that slander.I highly doubt anyone else gives a rats butt about this petty crap as you do. Matt proved that.

This use by you of such name represents an infringement of my rights as well as slander and harassment and will likely cause public confusion. In addition, misrepresentations concerning authorship of "DragonLady99212" or its owners may also violate the federal Lanham Act, with penalties including further compensatory damages and legal fees.



Accordingly, I hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from all further talk, emails, posting, or intended uses of the names "DragonLady99212" or it's owners in connection with slander, harassment, or other exploitation of services or products about us.

I also ask that you immediately confirm in writing your commitment to comply with the foregoing demand.

I would encourage them to provide any of this. They can't because it never happened. I even contacted their lawyer, who seemed very concerned about their actions. He seemed like a reasonable person and once he gets the facts I'm sure he will distance himself from the two very dangerous people.

I never did anything to these people and they viciously attacked me, threatened my family and myself. All I want is for them to stop. I didn't start it, I have nothing to do with it and I'm tired of this insanity brought on by these two disturbed people. Also I have no friend down south helping me.

Did they ever think that they pissed this person off and they are the cause of all this?

JUST LEAVE MY FAMILY AND MYSELF ALONE. AGAIN I DID NOTHING TO WARRANT THESE UNPROVOKED VIOLENT ATTACKS.
