And USPS has a contract with FED EX to ship ALL their Express and Priority mail. They will NOT accept LIVE on their plane through USPS.USPS at the time you are speaking of could ONLY ship live via TRUCK or by way of DELTA and UNITED IF they had any flights.

Now, 10 days ago they lost their contract with Delta and United. All their processing in the new contract is through UPS. Guess what? UPS says NO LIVE.

These companies are going to insure they make all the big bucks. They are not going to allow people like you to cut corners to save 10 bucks by shipping live via USPS. You are NOT smarter than them.

Jeane is the one who has to type out all these contracts. Thats part of being the secretary for the union. If you don't believe it, as you didn't then, call you local PROCESSING plant at the airport. Don't call a sub station. Call the folks who put it on the planes and see what they say??? I bet anything here publically that if you mark a package LIVE HARMLESS REPTILE and try to overnight it to anywhere it CANT get to via a truck and has to go by a plane IT WILL NOT! You will get it back the next day and your $ back!

Somewhere just off of Up River Dr.This is the most ridicules post I have ever had to place because of some cracker box that has forgotten to take her meds.And the funny part is , that her mom is just as whacked as she is. I have never posted that I was shipping snakes via USPS ,maybe Wendy better get out her Encyclopedia Britannica and look up the word "GECKO" I highly doubt that they would classify this creature as a snake. I agree, SNAKES are illegal to ship USPS , but GECKOS ARE NOT.

Hi My name is Nicole Tucker, Clark Tuckers wife, with clarksgeckos. I just want to say that all this boiled up when I asked Wendy to remove the ingredient list she had posted on her site above the Clark's Diet on the night of June 05, 2006. I know she took it in the wrong manner and then exploded on me like a loose cannon. Now rationally speaking we here would have all defended ourselves, right? I did! And now unfortunately this has turned into something horrible for not just Erik but us as well. I see by reading this that she has conveniently left out that we had anything to do with all this in her first thread. Now that Erik has displayed the e-mail written between me and Wendy I think we can all see what was really going on. I am very displeased that Wendy posted something I said to her mother today and only posted what she wanted you all to hear. I said that Erik was no longer distributing our diet due to all the misfortunes he has been dealing with lately. I never said "and that their website will be updated to reflect that ASAP!" that was a bold lie!! I also would like to say that after checking the BOI on Erik I see that this is the only thread here on him. Wendy, Erik did not bring Clark and I into this. Clark and I simply said that if you did not remove the ad I was going to turn it over to the maker. So I guess that would entitle me putting myself into this situation as well. Or better yet, since I said I would turn it over to Erik I guess I brought HIM into this. However you want to look at it, it still proves that this all started with ME asking you to take it off! You have turned all this around and twisted all this into a complete uproar until now it is pretty much a complete lie. That is all I have to say! Oh and as far as the "PRIVATE" e-mails they also involved me and I gave Erik the permission to use them since his name has been totally slandered by you. I would like to see the proof of him calling you in the early morning hours on the 7th. He did say that he called you this morning.

On another note I noticed that you, Wendy "Wendy's Crested Gecko Diet" , have a new gecko diet, huh? That was fast, 1 night, considering it took my husband about 5 months to come up with what we have now? I wonder what you truly are selling? Lets hear about it!

This is Clark Tucker and I really take offense to your remarks about me, my wife, and my gecko diet. I hope that you can find another gecko diet since you cant use my gecko diet to put your name on. By the way, that was not a joke and now you have taken the diet that everyone uses to feed their gekcos away from them single handedly. Now who is in control of this situation????? Not so funny now is it.
I always come out on top and you want to do the same but, there is a few things that seperated you and US. I do not twist facts, I do not flie off the handle when I cant get my way, I do not steal from people, I do not use other peoples hard earned business names to make a buck, I do not mass produce trash and try to sell it as the best thing since sliced bread. My customer service is far superior to yours and always will be because, I come through for my customers instead of confuse them with bi-polar BS. We definatley dont want you to hold a place in your heart since it is stone and we would never make it out. I want everyone of you to know that she has played her harp that the world is against her and she has made you all suckers. Wendy, I think that you owe the gecko world a big apology. The issue over whether or not someone "resold" product from you seems rather minor compared to the allegations involved. Sorry, but no one gives a hoot at this point. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you could be selling prime #1 cow manure, and it doesn't make the radar with regards to the alleged harassment. If you guys had an email squabble, get over it. The harrassment alleged here is a whole diferent story.
Wendy, as you are able, you need to post what hard evidence you may have about this guy Timmy and Erik, in line wiht your allegations. Emails will be fine. If they were sent by someone where you can't verify the sender, post them anyway, and let the reader decide. We are quite able to connect dots. The list of suspects is in this thread. Timmy and Erik, something stinks in Denmark. Do both of you claim complete non-involvement in the harassing phone calls and the sending of different business calls to Wendy's house? Easy one to answer. Timmy, I can't yet understand why I am reading so much of your belittling of Wendy's Mom here. I don't see an allegation by her that warranted such. My initial conclusion as to your motivation is not favorable. Explain. To the regulars, is this POS week in the BOI ?

To tell you the truth , none of this can be used as verifiable evidence , e-mail or otherwise. Try as you might , your phone recordings, your visits by imaginary friends and your saved e-mails. You got nothing on me. And I think that all parties not involved need to just butt out. This has gone way too far and has gotten way out of hand and I will admit that I am to blame for part of that. The point is : That if Miss Wendy would have kept her mouth shut and wasn't whining and sniveling to everyone about her paranoia she wouldn't have this problem. I feel that she has violated me and has been slamming my name to try and feel better about herself.
And I'm here just to let her know that I don't appreciate the way she has gone about doing it. Wendy- take your meds and get to bed sweety , you got a long day ahead of you.
