It would have been nice if this had stayed between "the six of us" in a civilized manner. Are you saying that once Wendy starts getting this absurd harassment, she still needs to stay with the "six of us"? While you are certainly welcome to wish that it didn't explode here, oh well !! We will never know the whole truth, but we do know the difference between civil disagreement and harassment. A line was crossed many times, and now the discussion is here. Most of us here could care less about the disagreement. The harassment is to be condemned. I don't know Erik's involvement with Tim outside of what he stated, but seeing as how Tim tainted himself, I will blame Erik for not either using his influence to dissuade Tim, if not condemn his actions. So they didn't know each other before? Erik decided to converse with Tim just as the harrassment was ramping up. I see only one side posting phone records, voice recordings, records of contractors and retailers showing up unexpected, etc. It went well beyond a simple disagreement, or as you put it a "he said she said". I would hope that the police trace everything. I doubt you endorse this kind of harassment, but haven't exactly distanced yourself from it by your posts, and now seem to think its got no business outside the "circle of six".
Nicole, no one here is going to disagree with your right to protect your business, your name, etc. In any venue. But the overwhelming issue here is the extensive harassment. Phone calls at 9:30 at night are not nice. Multiple calls at 3:00 AM are a bit worse, don't you think? When something starts to stink this bad, if you don't draw a line to disassociate yourself from the part of it that is clearly offensive, you will pick up some of the stink too. Sorry, we disagree :}. This deserved the light of the BOI.
