    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I do not know how you put up with people like this.  Personally, I would set my email to block all emails form that email addy.  I cannot believe the grief people go through for  (if I am not mistaken, correct me if I am wrong) a $75 snake.  Hell, the doctor bill for this guy will be more than that when he has a damn heart attack.

Secondly, and a more serious note, this guy is going a little far with the threats.  Enough is enough, call the cops (which I think you said you did, or maybe it was this loser) in Bishop AND where he is from.  I am not sure how people can get away with threatening people IN WRITING the way they do.  

You are much nicer than I am, I would have written this guy a 10 page email with every colorful word I could think of letting him know how I feel.  Professionalism and being the man you are is not even in the equation anymore.  

To the goof ball who bought this, I am not sure if you have ever seen Shannon IN PERSON, but he is one big S.O.B.
If you are going to send someone over like your spinless threats say, make sure they are a BIGGER S.O.B.  LMAO!

I highly doubt they would do a damn thing anyway.  What "illegal" activity (as he put it) has happened anyway?  This guy is a prime example of a person we ALL would hate to have email us wanting to buy something.

I truely feel sorry for this guy.  This guy is reading all of this and boiling over it.  He does nothing more than sit and dwell on what he believes to be the case.

Brett, since you are reading this, why don't you just take the snake, let it grow and be happy with it.  On another note, since you are breeding them, as you say, how can this one be too small to eat a pinky but the ones you have produced did not have the same problem?  Do you take all the ones you have produced, being the pro breeder you are, and let them die also?  At least you can say you produced something right?

The truly sad thing about all of this is the crap that Shannon now has to deal with.  We get all caught up in the drama but he has to live it.  Sure he can block the e-mails but as the guy says, he knows where he lives.  Do I think he is serious about the threats? I doubt it, but I can afford to not be serious about them, they were not made against me.  The fact that this nimrod has not come on here to say anything in his defense, but is still contacting Shannon shoes that he

1. knows he is wrong and can not defend his actions.

2. thinks he can get Shannon to give him a refund just to shut him up.

3.  Doesn't have a clue as to what the heck he is talking about.

4.  Is a complete moron.

Keep your chin up Shannon,  I'm sure this will blow over, and you should know that you have the support of evryone in the herp community.

Shannon.... the best thing to do when dealing with "these" kind of people.... is make believe they are NON-EXISTANT! Don't answer their emails, hang up on them if they call, don't send them SQUAT as a refund, just forget him! Sooner or later he will disappear! (hopefully)

If as you say you are so close with the cops in your town I will print out all those threatening e-mails and show them to your friends. Personal threats are not to take lightly. Return the ball to his court and file a complaint against him. He might not have a case against you, but now you certainly have a case against him.

I agree.  Now that this person has made an apparent threat against you(sending a friend over?!  What the heck is that?), you should have no problem filing charges against him.  I doubt that this nutmonkey would actually do anything, but the fact that he made the threat in the first place would have been enough for me.  Threats against yourself and your property should not be taken lightly.

Also, Brett, how big is your friend.  Lemme guess, 9'12" and about 780 lbs?  Almost as big as you right?  Oh wait, you can't be THAT big of a man since you had YOUR WIFE call Shannon.  Why couldn't you leave the message yourself?  Why have her call him then coach her in the background?

And also, since Ritchie hasn't asked it again in a few posts, HOW LONG IS THE MOLE KINGSNAKE?!  
And why are you trying to STEAL?  Yes, stopping payment on a credit card payment THEN requesting a refund from the seller is THEFT buddy-roe.  

Oh wait, you won't be coming here because you can't defend yourself because you know we're all right here.  But then again, maybe we can expect a post from Brett's wife!

If you do breed them you would know that yearlings are about 12 inches. lmfao  good luck with this Shannon.
 
Even though I've never dealt with Shannon before, I have had a few contacts with him. His reputation alone is enough for me to have no problem whatsoever in dealing with him. He produces some of the most outstanding snakes we've seen. This tells me he cares about them and knows what he's doing. It's too bad we can't screen out the nuts! Good luck Shannon. And good luck (whoever he is ) in ever getting another quality snake from anyone here! By the way Neil.. Yes, beware!

ALL except one, the one with the pi-bald black and white coloration. MAN  am I EVER DISSAPOINTED! Now the only thing that I CAN do with them is produce MORE RARE PIE BALD BULLS! i WANTED TO PRODUCE NORMAL ONES!

As stated so many times before, this guy is an idiot/moron/liar/total nutmonkey.  

If he had bred these animals as he claimed, he would have no problem properly keeping and caring for a "hatchling," let alone this nice big fat healthy YEARLING!  

Shannon, total buyer's remorse and he will get his in the end, you shouldn't even worry about him damaging your rep or anything.  And don't forget, you still have those threats(no matter how hollow) and I still think you should do something about them, as that is not cool at all.
