Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

These rip-off artists advertised an adult snake; even sent me photos of one; and sent me a HATCHLING which will soon die as it is too small to feed on pinks.

They are COMPLETE FLAKES who don't include any info on their snakes, they do not send packages when they say they will, etc etc.

FBI says they already know about it and just need one more complaint to move in.

I personally have purchased from Shannon and was nothing short of satisfied. You cannot blame him for your incompetence. I think you should stick with Legos or Lincoln Logs. Or something where a live creature is not dependent upon you for survival.

Well, I can see a trend developing here Brett. Not only can't you read an ad or email- you also can't read or follow simple rules. First, you broke kingsnake.com's rules, and now you break those of this forum. You're quite a character.

I saw both the ad, as well as the email exchange between yourself and Shannon. Simply because you're too obtuse to know that an '01 animal is not an adult is no fault of Shannon's.

Also, you had stated that you would make no effort to keep the animal alive. Therefore, if it dies, it is because you made the choice to neglect it.

I'm not moderating anymore now that Rich is able to devote more time to the site. Rich and I agreed at the onset that it was only ging to be a temporary aid.

I gotta admit though that this is one of those rare instances where I would actually prefer this thread to not be deleted. Brett's own words serve even better than any post about him could. Yep, it looks as though the "shot himself in the foot club" has itself a new member.

1.  If you have bred mole kings before....
then how come you are saying the snake you got is gonna die?
If you were truly a breeder of mole kings....you would also know how to take care of the mole king neonates.

2.  You keep saying 1/3 diameter of a pencil.  Hey hot shot... HOW LONG IS THE FREAKING SNAKE?

3.  You can't even read the rules of the forum ....You are such a hot head in a hurry to post you forgot to read the rule that says to sign with your complete name.

4.  Maybe if you were not such a hot head....they could have gotten the chance to refund your money.  But instead of givng them time to refund your money...You went and complained to everyone and their mama (or so you say)

5.  You just got the snake yesterday....and instead of giving them time to refund your money....you (in one days time) reported them to the FBI the FTC the CIA the PTA the NRA the MADD the SADD and all their mamas.



As I have stated before.  I do not think anyone will do business with you Mr. whatever your name was.  Because you do not give people time to refund your money.....

I guess just as an FYI, I'll add that the FBI would not investigate this type of complaint. Complaints made via the ifccfbi website are forwarded to the law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction over the case. If this matter bore any merit, it would be a local agency that handles it, without any involvement from G-men.
 
Well, funn y how things work out.  I was thinking about you Shannon the other day.  Have not talked to you since after the San Diego show last Oct ('01).  Hope all is well.  

Brett, I agree with you 1%.  Shannon is such a troll that he sent to me a $600 snake and allowed me to make payment AFTER I received it because he knew I wanted the snake, but it had just been put up for sale before I could get the $.  How unfair is that.  I was treated so poorly I then purchased another one form him and since he was such scum I sent him the payment BEFORE I received the snake this time.
He called afterwords to make sure I was happy with the snake and offered any help he could give (he knew I would not need it, but still offered).  Because of that, I should have been as smart as you and called the FBI OR better yet, called you to help me with my this fraudulent individual.

Who are you anyways?  Did you read the ad CLEARLY?  If you did you would realize how obsurd you sound, look, and are being here AND on Kingsnake.com
Where do you come up with this stuff.  What have you owned in the past?  Just curious if you were one of those people who thought they would be cool by owning a snake or if you really knew what you were getting when you purchased the snake.  I would like to challenge you with something.

You find out how many other people you can find that will put their REAL and FULL NAME here on te BOI.  If you can come up with any people that have LEGITAMATE gripes, I will buy the snake from you.  I say this because it iwll not happen.  I am not talking about people who bought something that died a year later, not someone who was not able to breed a proven breeder, but someone who can look themselves in the mirror and say they got screwed.

Maybe High Seirra Reptiles should thank this person.  I've seen the name Shannon Brown on kingsnakes "Corn snake forum" attatched to some mighty fine looking pics of the animals he keeps, and now that I have read this and the other thread here on the BOI and all the high praise given to Shannon Brown by those here, I'm thinking the next time I look to purchase another corn (Soon I hope, but I'm broke right now) I will be looking to High Seirra.

Looks to me like this fool gave everyone the chance to brag you up so much, it may increase your business!!  I'll definatly take a second look when I see your name, you sure have a LOT of positives and only one seemingly foolish negative.

you bring up a great point and in some cases 100% correct.
I know a few individuals who have made the infamous BOI and people will make their own decisions, point is, it increased their sales too.

On the other hand, it is sad to see some of the stories we see here because in SOME cases their is a simple resolution or completely unreal to begin with.

Post a picture of the snake Shannon sent you. I have copy of the picture Shannon sent you of the snake and it is clearly a juvenille, you can easily tell by the size of the wood shavings in the pic. Post a pic of the snake you got and we can compare it to the one in Shannon's pic. I don't know how to post pics here but if someone who can emails me I will send you the pic to post.
