    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That is so easy for you to say, you made money off of him. Just try to imagine for a moment that he scammed you out of $600 dollars. he didn't make "bad actions" he intentionally lied, cheated and stole from people, many people and it looks like he did it more for the fun of it than anything, he's here taunting the people he scammed.
This is the only thing he deserves "will get a lesson beaten into him until he learns".
 
So had I said "terrible actions" would that have been more sufficient? All I am saying is you can't just do whatever you want and get away with it, he'll get what is coming to him and I'm sure things will be resolved as they should.

Are you serious? We all agreed to a certain set of rules when we signed up for an account. In highlighted yellow right here on the BOI forum (and pinned no less, so it stays at the top) are these words:

It's right there for everyone to read, and they should before posting here. There's no excuse for people not knowing except that they blatantly ignored the post. Putting it in flashing Vegas neon at the top of the page isn't gonna make anyone read anything any more than the neon yellow will. Look how many people claim they know nothing about the possibility of the BOI going away, yet for the longest time, Rich had a banner at the top of every single page asking for help. The tools to act accordingly on this site are out there, and staff has done their job in placing that information where everyone can see it.

mckyle-lower case...I believe...I did check...I've been trying to give this "person" the benefit of the doubt. Like maybe he's assumed the ID of the REAL kid...to bring him down for some odd reason. But it doesn't look good.

Yes I am serious and why would you have thought otherwise???? I've been on this board and forums for quite a while. It was merely a request in the hopes it may actually help since yes people seem to not have read the BOI Rules, myself included and I very honestly admit that since 2006 I've not read them an have no clue exactly how long they have been up there. And strangely enough yes I did /do know about the chance of the BOI possibly going away.


Again it was just a simple request to hopefully make something a little bit more visible. So really was there a need to ask me

And there is nothing in the Terms of Service regarding profanity. When I received the infraction I went back and read it to see if possibly something had changed since 2006 when I first read it. Again completely missing the BOI Rules. Now that I am aware of the rules it won't happen again and I do hope others do not 'miss' the rules thread as I did for so long.

Hopefully he will be arrested for his crimes and placed in jail so that he doesn't attempt to harm people again. What he did, in my opinion, is beyond terrible especially since the economic times are so tough and right before Christmas.

It's so sad that he's so young and it's looking as though he may be getting a felony arrest on his record.

The rules were, at one point (and for at least a few years), posted in the Terms of Service. I'm not sure exactly when they were taken out of there, but Profanity has always been listed as an infraction (at least since I registered, in 2004).

FWIW, there is also a stuck thread at the top of the Fauna Feedback Forum, which addresses the rules, and the various infractions.

WOW!!!! after reading this thread. I kind of want to just stop using all internet activity If a young punk like this can make it seem so easy to crack an account. THIS SUCKS!!!!! I am sorry for the parties that lost money around the holidays. I lost a $5000 watch set once that I was selling to get money for Christmas. I REALLY hope that you guys get it resolved. I wish I had ball pythons I could send you :(.
 
Any word on whats going on? Are the police involved, etc? Just curious...good luck and have a happier holiday...those scammed deserve it! I know how it feels to have someone steal a large sum of money...2 days ago my former landlord forged a check and cashed it to the tune of 700.00...bye bye christmas...it amazes me that there really are grinches out there.
 
I hope someone took screenshots of the threads on the cheating site, because a lot of his posts seem to have been edited to remove most of what he said.
 
For future reference purposes.. .there is a better option than screenshots.

In IE go to file then select "save as"... and select single file archive.... give the file a name and save. It saves the whole page on your computer. Doesnt matter how many changes they make.. you still have the complete convo from THAT page. So if there are multiple pages you will have to make multiple saves.
