    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Your original post can be considered confusing by the way it was written and what your actual definition was. Hince the first sentence I wrote.

I then asked a question to feed my curiosity, not to confusing.

And yes, I did ask for a much clear and better explanation, that was my point when I made the inquiry about it, for a better explanation.

I saw a flaw and I pointed it out, you corrected yourself and that's it. There is no reason to keep dragging it along. I didn't know you were sensitive, my apologies...

Rich, it has happened more than a few times by those that were stolen from.

Also, several members here over the years have gone and recovered animals for others. Some they only knew from reading what happened on the BOI.

It happens but I agree that sometimes the apathy of being taken and not even filling a report on the theft puzzles me.

I unfortunately did not see this post and got scammed by her or him? I worked a trade with this person for a firefly male. I sent them a used phone that was in great shape for it. After getting the phone she claimed it did not work but they would keep it if it traded in 3-4 more animals. The conversation then transfered over to another number claiming to be her boy friend and I told them to just send it back. It has been over two weeks and now no phone and now snake from them. And all communication has stopped. I tried also sending a pm but that is now not accepting any messages.
 
Can anyone give me more specific details related to them being scammed. Short and sweet specifics please:

1. Did you ever speak to a woman?
2. What address did you ship stuff to?
3. What phone numbers did he/she use?
4. One person lost $600 to them, how did you send them money?

PLEASE, I am looking for hardcore specifics, short and sweet. If you would like to PM the details that is cool too. (Names, locations, contact info).

Working hard to connect a bunch of dots.

I just thought reptile people were in a class of their own. But it's obvious where there's money to be made,rip offs are there.
