    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You're welcome for the advice. Please take it. If Nick claims you never worked there, it falls upon you to provide some type of proof. To tell long time members here that if they don't take you on your word that they should not bother replying on your 4thpost is not going to help your case. BTW, I've been thinking of posting a new thread...tell me what you think.

Joshua Buchwald is a liar and a thief! I spent an entire summer cleaning his enclosures and caring for his animals while he was on a family vacation. He promised me $1500 for doing this and now he denies he even knows me. If anyone doesn't believe this, don't bother posting on this thread. He is a bad guy! BEWARE!!!

So Josh, perhaps that will show you why proof is needed here. I was asked for it when I first posted (and that was just an inquiry...that went bad), everyone else is asked for it when they post, and now you're being asked for it. You will get very little support without it.
 
Proof is optional, but recommended if you would like to remove any doubts about the truth of what you are posting. But this is purely up to you, just as the believability of what you post is purely up to the reader of your words.

Mike, that is the second paragraph of "rules for posting". Proof is not needed. Would be nice if he had some corroboration, but if he doesn't, it also doesn't mean he should not post, or then state the facts as he knows them. To each his or her own in taking what they will from it.
 
While proof is optional, I merely stated that he was asked for it, and that he would not get meuch support without it. I am aware of the rules, and am also aware that I have never seen any thread or complaint get any supprot without offering any proof or documentation. I've seen even less support for those who have no proof, few posts, little experience, and then tell those who ask for proof to "stick it", so to speak.

I wasn't being confrontational or rude with Josh, so don't lecture me on the rules. Spend some time here seeing how things are done before you criticize. I never told him not to post, just gave him some tips for being more effective with those posts.

I concur with Clay. I think I know the rules. I found your post nauseating as well, especially your example. I find your latest post equally nauseating and self-serving. Do you want me to spend some more time here before I criticize you ?

I do not believe anyone took the position that Josh was owed other than Josh, although I do not really care if others did or did not. The positions taken, that were critical of your opinion, were that proof was not needed to post here, just very helpful should the OP have any proof, as per the stated rules. I have no opinion one way or the other if Josh is owed, but I also do think that after the first time someone is asked to post what proof they have, to repeat that request is to become the screen version of "someone who likes to hear themselves talk". If Josh's claim has merit, I can also see it being difficult for him to have proof that he can post here, short of a witness or two, who might also be young, somewhat intimidated, etc. If nothing else, his post might be an "employee beware" for other teens soon to enter the job market anywhere. Without further proof, or rebuttals by the accused who may be banned here, this thread will fade fairly quickly anyway.

Not here to bash Nick either. Have had interactions with he and Gerry, and all went well. Would hope that lingering issues can be cleared up, if there are any.

The BOI doesn't really work that way. The burden of proof is on you. No one has said anything against you, or that they are taking Nick's side. Many of us just haven't seen enough evidence to come to your side yet.

I think you are PROBABLY telling the truth. And I think you are PROBABLY owed money. And I think Nick PROBABLY owes you an explanation and apology. But probably did something isn't the same as proof.

Again, I'm not against you. Nor am I against Nick. I'm just waiting for you to give me a reason to believe what you say is fact.
 
Josh, you should post the emails Nick has sent you that were "nasty" it might help your case...here...

Did you fill out any employment forms for tax or Social Security withholding?

with no proof, and it sounds (sounds, you have not elaborated much) as though it was just a, cash under table thing.. no physical paperwork documenting your employment, etc.

with no proof.. you get nothing..

you cant expect to come in and play a game of telephone..

your not the only one having issues with him, therefore I dont think that people dont believe you..

its a matter of real life..

I wish there was a way to come up with proof but I know for a fact that his story is true. This is Nick running from another debt and it's disgusting that he would do that to a kid working at his shop.

Josh should have made better arrangements than he did but I guess you live and learn.
 
they had a video camera with me on it. they had a pic of me on their computer and and add on kingsnake and i have witnesses whom he fired that can prove to the court and to you that I did work t5heir and he did this to me, i cant give u paper proof yet, till i finish the paper work that I need to get what he owes me. Ok!
 
I will get my money and will take it as a lesson, but he will not win. i did not work hard and devote 100% to his shop for nothing, ok. so please understand that its not over and i will get what I deserve. Thanks

I agree with Brandi. The whole point of this thread should be to prove your case. You can choose not to, but your argument will lose almost all of it's weight.

I know I'm probably coming off as antagonistic (not my intention at all), but posting a BOI badguy thread is a big deal. BOI threads can make or break people, and no one should be condemned without a fair, objective judgement.

Let me say again I hope this matter works out for you, and you get whatever you are entitled to.
