My apologies again for the delay. UPS could not guarentee delivery until 5pm tomorrow to your address so I went with USPS which guarenteed it there by 10am (to reduce the amount of time the geckos are in the heat). I also added a 24hour cold pack in the box and insurance (just in case). Your tracking number is below. I labled the containers (1 container has 2 giants / 2 het radar, 1 container has 1 rainwater/ 1 tang x enigma, 1 container has 1 extreme emerine).

If you paid by credit card on Paypal, I recommend that you start proceedings to have the payment stopped/reversed through your credit card company. If you paid cash, you are out of luck as Paypal does not cover animal related transactions when the buyer receives shipment.

Hopefully, the seller will step up to the plate, what resolution are you asking?

I doubt Paypal will do anything. I hope you paid with a CC.

100.00 and keeping them seems fair to me. You'll probably spend more than that much on Vet visits or "special" diets.
 
Did he tell you about the one with the missing tail? I like how that picture was taken so you couldn't see the tail.

yeah i can see some that have problems were pictured but with deceptive angles and that one blurry pic. so i am going to guess that those are older pics as the geckos are much fatter and the problems are not that noticeable.

this reeks of planned deception and makes it even worse. it is one thing being new to breeding and not catching it or thinking it will go away with time but since he sent older pics that aren't date stamped or even blurry pics to try and hide a prob it only goes to show he knew there were problems and tried to hide it.

big scam the way i see it. another for the check of the list of sellers.
 
Dennis and I already talked about this, but the seller is evidently from Denton, TX. The temps here have been in the triple digits for over 40 days. Not only was he shipped skinny, sick leos, but they were shipped in very extreme temperatures. Shows a complete lack of respect and care for the animals and our hobby. I live about 20 minutes from Denton and work there. I will be trying to find out if anyone local has any further information.
