Warning to seller about Scott Ken aka [email protected]

I have read of this scam on here before. Never in a Million years did I think someone would try it on me.

Here is the first email I received from this guy.......

Also, does anyone think it would do any good to report this to the authorities? The versions of this scam I read before were from overseas. Thanks again.....

In future, You may want to just play along with these fools and let them think they have you hook, line and sinker!

In other words, get him to send you the money order or cashiers check through the post and take it to the cops!

Just a suggestion!

I don't think that having them send the check is such a good idea. We already know that they have no problem with breaking the law. So who is to say they don't have partners that are just as likely to break the law? What if you get the check, turn them in, they go to jail and their partners try a little"payback" stuff on you.Pretty easy to do if they have your address.

That mail is word for word EXACTLY the same as the wording used in a thread I posted a week or two ago ("another typical scam"), I would not doubt it's the same buyer. I am in the habit now of returning the emails with the website www.ebolamonkeyman.com in the text, and explain that US folks get a kick out of seeing scammers publicly embarrased online, which has thus far prevented any future mailings from scammers whom you reply to once. -Eric Lago *MS Reptilian Hobbyists*

hey this person is from nijera. someone named jolly ward done something like that to me. he sent me a cashers check .but insted of me putting the wells fargo check in my bank . I took it to wells fargo and wells fargo told me the check was fraud .they gave me a copy of the check, and kept it. I then called fedex gave them the tracking# and they said the packege came from nijera the amount on the check was for 14500.00 and yes I was told to send the shipper 3500.00 ASAP so his shipper could pick the sub adult albino retics up.it was a close call but we did not get scammed.and he even tried to call. telling me I shoud of gave him a chance to clear it up.what balls ha , but the only good thing is it probly calst alittle bit for a overnight shipment of the check.from nijera to the usa . seeing the persons name here made me reply sense my name is kenny scott . I bet it is the same guy who tried to scam you. after he tried to scam me.Ill tell yall more about it later.but the bank did say they were giving the chesk to the FBI.
