    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi I'm just looking for a little info on water dragon's. My daughter has had a couple iguana's but they passed away. She was heartbroken.
My husband found a water dragon someone does not want any more. I would just like a little info, so this could work for her. What is there life span, and are they friendly. One last thing can they eat frozen or does it have to be live.
Thank You for your help
Dana

Water Dragons are awesome lizards! They have such great personalities.

Do you know anything about this water dragon like age, eating habits (live or frozen), will he eat crix (my teenager refuses to eat crix), has it been handled a lot (helps with their trust in humans), are they free roam in the house or caged 24/7, has it had access to a full spectrum light all of its life, are they giving vitamin and calcium supplements, has it ever gone to the vet? These are all very important questions to ask the current owners. Post the answers once you get them. How big of a tank can you offer the WD?

So far I have not had any aggression problems with my teenager (knock on wood) but I have also handled him daily since he was a baby. I get the occasional tail whip or leg thump but that is usually when I am helping him shed.

Every dragon is different when it comes to eating live or frozen. My WD’s will not eat frozen mice but I know some dragons that won't eat any rodent unless it was previously frozen. I keep working with them on eating frozen but so far no luck.
