In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Way too cool.

Okay. We all know this is John and I's first breeding season, so there are a lot of "firsts" and each one is so incredibly cool. But this one about takes the cake.

We've got seven eggs from our normal girl, Emma, to our spider male, McLovin. They're due to hatch around July 25th. So we decided to candle them again, just to make sure things are progressing, particularly with the boob egg. This is a little of what we found.

Does that look like spider markings to anyone else or are we just imagining things?

it does. and that is cool looking... never seen a pattern stand out quite that well in an egg.

Yes, Deobra, it sure is awesome!

And Bradley, you're doing better than me. I've never seen any pattern until these. They usually just look like one giant wiggling blob.

I can say, I think that boob egg hold the tiniest spider ever!

You can start to see patterns strongly at day 35, its very kewl to see. Awesome pics!!! Hope they're females :)

You guys must have some amazing eyesight. I couldn't see anything on the ones we think are normals...except, of course, the blob. I think I'm going to start paying much closer attention though!

You made me wanna go check my clutch due to pip in 2 weeks. I'm won't share but I'm excited about what I saw! :)

Those are some really awesome shots. I didn't know you could actually see the pattern when you candled them. Thats probably one of the coolest pics I've ever seen.

Thanks, Jerry! Truth be known, I was just the flashlight holder. You guys have all seen what my pictures look like...

Well, Kelly, I sure hope you plan on letting the cat out of the bag, then...'cause the anticipation is killing me already!

Yep, very excited...even if they're normals. In fact, I'm almost as excited that they're so close as I am to see what, exactly, those 110 gram eggs hold. They are freaking HUGE!

Now, if we could just get our spider FEMALE to lay, we'd be REALLY, really excited!

Those are just fantastic pictures! I often wondered how folks knew what they where getting before they hatched. Well now I know!!
