    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hi

I have a columbian red tail boa that I received from a lady over a year ago. Six months after getting him he went into his winter shutdown. After coming out of his shutdown he wouldnt eat for two months. Just threw it all back up everytime. Finally got him holding down mice them moved to rats and finally small rats. For the last two months jes been eating like a horse, nonstop. He has gained a little weight but not much at all. He about five foot long and thin. What I was wondering is if there is anything I can do to help him gain more weight.hes getting one to two small rats a week. He has a clean cage perfect temps and plenty of water. Is there anything I can do to help him bulk back up our could je be sick our have a parasite?. If you guys could help mee it would be amazing thank you.

Have a fecal done at a DVM to rule out possible parasitic load
Get the animal on a steady feeding schedule of 1 med rat every 14+ days
and hold the coarse.
The idea of "needing bulked up"needs to be reassessed,
fat snakes are not healthy snakes.

Got any pics?

Ok will try that. The only reason I say bulked up is because hes so thin. He looks like he hasn't ate in months. But he has. Yah got pics I'll get better ones when I get home
