Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone have any recent deals with them? Positive or negative. I placed any order, just seems odd they way they do business.

Almost a week later and I still have no valid tracking info or roaches. Very unprofessional. They have a California number on their website but they might call you back (if your lucky) from a North Carolina number. Very unprofessional

I recommend no one do business with this guy, he has gone by many names and is very unprofessional. I have had several instances where he has used my name blapticadubiaroaches.com and roachesrus.com on his PayPal as the payee. It gives my business a bad name. Not cool!

Yes, it is westcoastroaches.com. Should have purchased from you, but he was advertising hornworms. Today I find out the hornworms are coming from someplace else. I was to receive two tracking numbers today. Or yesterday depending on time location.
 
I thought we were talking about socalroaches.com, not westcoastroaches.com. Some people are saying they ordered from socal and didn't get their orders and others are saying westcoast is doing the same? Are these two different people though or the same person?

As far as I know they are 2 different company's. I sent a very long email to them about how they conduct business and of course no response, I did receive one good tracking number. My package is coming from NC. Not sure what i will receive as I was told yesterday my hornworms were coming from some place else. Even tho I was told I would get 2 tracking numbers, So i guess ill see what i get. if not I will file a claim with PayPal.

Socal is a whole different person.

We WCR, don't ship Dubia and horn worms in the same box.We don't even grow them in the same location. The 2 tracking numbers reflect the 2 species you are receiving. Each will be in their own box.

So why is the first tracking number invalid still? You sent it Sunday night (7-22-12). I placed the order on 7-17-12. 7 days to get a valid tracking number? And where is my second tracking number you promised yesterday?. The tracking number I received today is valid. it shows a package went out. Right now you are the only one who knows whats in it because you failed to stay in contact. AS it is right now I don't trust you! When I called your NC number a child answered it. You don't answer the Cali number so I have to call a NC number. Some business. You didn't answer my email so i guess we can air it out here! How do you expect to get future business when fail to fill a small order and destroy the trust by your actions for any future business!
 
7-17 is the very end of the shipping week. Nothing leaves out after Wednesday. It does take more than half a day to sort and process orders. The 22nd is the next available delivery date which was Monday.

I'm terrible sorry you don't trust me. If that is based on a child answering there home phone, then I have no excuse. This is a family run business and I have a 15 yr old daughter, and a 12 yr old son who both the phone when it rings and sometimes has to come and get us.

The California number rings here in NC. They go to the same place. Did you leave us a voice mail so we could return your call or try to call us back. I am happy to help anyone who has an issue or answer any questions and future, current or past customer may have.

We have not failed to fill any orders, you yourself say you have the tracking numbers for the orders. As far as the horns go, I don't know what order you have until I have a way to look it up. It wont show up as bluebone. Ill be more than happy to look it up and give you all the details pertaining to the order.

Trusting you is not based on a child answering a phone! Come on really? You didn't read my other posts or emails, you don't understand or you don't know how to conduct business.. it is based on your lack of communication! You don't answer the phone. You don't leave a message when you do call back. You don't respond to emails..You provide false information. Now you respond because your reputation is art risk because you forced me to air it out here
 
I talked to you on the phone yesterday! And a few days before that? You said once I didn't get you tracking number, and in the next sentence you said you had received it. Now I don't talk to you on the phone when I spoke to you just yesterday.

I am at a loss here.
 
My reputation is not on the line. We conduct ourselves professionally. I am not going to set up here and argue with you over he said she said. You called yesterday asked if your item will ship. I looked you up and told you I would have a tracking number. Your previous admission confirms you did indeed get the tracking number and the item was shipped.

You are making claims that are untrue and inaccurate. Not only are you doing this, but your showing everyone that what I say is true and accurate.
 
The first tracking number is in valid. Second number a week later is something shipped from NC you I presume. Still to date no tracking number on horn worms. IMO, instead of arguing, how about.....I'm sorry what can I do to make it right? That's good customer service! So for now I'll wait and see what arrives live or dead.
 
And yes I did leave voice mail messages 2 in fact. And emailed multiple times. No response. So here we are airing out dirty laundry because business was not conducted in a professional manner.

Then you called and spoke with me, and I looked up your order based on your name. A name that I would not have unless you spoke with me because your name on the order is not the name used in the email back and forth. The payment was made under what I would assume is a biz name. I told you nothing leaves here after Wednesday, told you your order will ship the following week.

Again an email from you on the 25th, Wednesday. The same day we told you it would ship.

So how many times do I have to request a tracking number? I have called you twice and left messages. I get a return call a day later and (only after I have to call you again) from a number not associated with your website, no message is left so I call it back to find out it’s you calling me. Why would you not leave a message identifying yourself? Are you professional or what? I have called and talked to you twice now to request it. I called today to find out there are now 2 tracking numbers. You informed me I would receive them today. I have not received any again! This is not a normal way of doing business that I am aware of. I have purchased many items from lots of vendors. The only time I get ignored or have to request things over and over is when things are not on the up and up. So what is going on? It will be a week tomorrow and I still have no valid tracking info or roaches! The least you can do is get into the practice of communicating with your customers or you will no longer have any return customers!

Then you called me again. Lets also bear in mind that in this email you confirm that you have spoken with me on more than one occasion. I told you your item would ship that day and you received a tracking number.

Then I responded to the email inquiring for information regarding the order to find out exactly who this was here on fauna and making the link between the person in the email and the actual name on the payment.

I have tried to respond to you as often as you email and call. I have spoken with you several times. I am truly sorry that you are not happy, but what you are saying is just untrue.

After each payment the customer is direct to the LAG page that has our shipping schedule and live arrival policy. That would have answered all your questions regarding shipping. I have no issue answering questions at any time. But please do not claim things that not true. I am still at this time answering questions and providing information regarding this order.

I will be more than happy to help in any way to make you happy, however I need to know what the root of your problem is. I feel it cant be we were not answering your calls or responding to the emails. Maybe we were not fast enough in issuing responses, or your order did not leave when you felt it should, or that you had to call more that once. I am not sure.

At this point I am still trying to aid you in any way possible and answer any questions.
 
For all those following this dramatic event....:rofl: I received roaches. Still don't have hornworms! So 10 days to receive half my order! not bad? :shrug01:
