Did my order ship?
Then you called and spoke with me, and I looked up your order based on your name. A name that I would not have unless you spoke with me because your name on the order is not the name used in the email back and forth. The payment was made under what I would assume is a biz name. I told you nothing leaves here after Wednesday, told you your order will ship the following week.
Again an email from you on the 25th, Wednesday. The same day we told you it would ship.

So how many times do I have to request a tracking number? I have called you twice and left messages. I get a return call a day later and (only after I have to call you again) from a number not associated with your website, no message is left so I call it back to find out it’s you calling me. Why would you not leave a message identifying yourself? Are you professional or what? I have called and talked to you twice now to request it. I called today to find out there are now 2 tracking numbers. You informed me I would receive them today. I have not received any again! This is not a normal way of doing business that I am aware of. I have purchased many items from lots of vendors. The only time I get ignored or have to request things over and over is when things are not on the up and up. So what is going on? It will be a week tomorrow and I still have no valid tracking info or roaches! The least you can do is get into the practice of communicating with your customers or you will no longer have any return customers!

Then you called me again. Lets also bear in mind that in this email you confirm that you have spoken with me on more than one occasion. I told you your item would ship that day and you received a tracking number.
Then I responded to the email inquiring for information regarding the order to find out exactly who this was here on fauna and making the link between the person in the email and the actual name on the payment.
I have tried to respond to you as often as you email and call. I have spoken with you several times. I am truly sorry that you are not happy, but what you are saying is just untrue.
After each payment the customer is direct to the LAG page that has our shipping schedule and live arrival policy. That would have answered all your questions regarding shipping. I have no issue answering questions at any time. But please do not claim things that not true. I am still at this time answering questions and providing information regarding this order.
I will be more than happy to help in any way to make you happy, however I need to know what the root of your problem is. I feel it cant be we were not answering your calls or responding to the emails. Maybe we were not fast enough in issuing responses, or your order did not leave when you felt it should, or that you had to call more that once. I am not sure.
At this point I am still trying to aid you in any way possible and answer any questions.
