western hognose solid color?

i went to a local pet shop and noticed a "western hognose" it didnt look like any hognose i had even seen and i have seen a few. it had the snout like a hognose but it was a solid tannish/grey color.
another thing i found odd was that it stood up out of the bedding and looked at me like a cobra would.
could it be an eastern hognose or is there western that are solid colored?

if so then yes indeed it was a western hognose.
also my western hognose stand up like cobras all the time and look at me.

turned out to be a madagascar hognose not a western
