In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What a Great Weekend this was!

I had gotten a Female Jungle Het Bell from Kelli back about July or August of last year and she got loose shortly after I got her. Saturday night while I was feeding and cleaning I walked over to the sink and almost stepped on what I thought was a big spider :ack2: (It was a little dark in the room so I couldn't see it that well) but it turned out to be her! When I lost her she was (I am guessing) about 25 grams-ish, I didn't weight her when I found her, she has got to be about 20 grams (Guess she likes eating spiders and ants because she must have been feeding on them for almost 10 months! )

Kelli, I know I told you 6 months but after thinking about it, it has to have been 9 or 10 months!

She is quite dehydrated and her tail in thin and dry but she is doing pretty good so far, she hasn't eaten yet, but she has been active so I am sure she will start eating soon. I don't have a picture of her now, I will get one later. But here she is when I got her last year (She is on the left obviously)

Yes, I LOVE my Dog!

And as if that wasn't enough to make it a GREAT weekend, as most of you know, I took my female Pit Bull to an ADBA Dog Show this weekend, and she won 1st Place in her Class and Best Puppy on Saturday and she won 2nd Place in her class on Sunday! And, she almost won Judges choice both days. To become a Confirmation Champion you need 100 Points, well, she already has 23 points just from this weekend!

Heres a few Pictures:

Abbie and I with Blue Ribbon (No, I am not Cross-Eyed, but this picture makes me look like I am)

That is absolutely amazing! My sister lost there bearded before finding it in the ducts six months later in the heating ducts. Other than being dehydrated she was in pretty good heath. Reptiles are very resilliant creatures!

Cute dog too, but I'm a cat person...

My best buddy Niko at four months

Thanks Sarah, She has filled out, but not enough. I asked the judge that gave her second place why she didn't get first, and he said that she needs to be tightened up some more. So, I will be flirt poling her more and probably take her for walks/runs. Hopefully she will get first again at the next show. I REALLY want her to become Champion :scatter:

Wow, that really does make for a great weekend!! :D That is one cute puppy - I'd say "best puppy" for sure! Congrats!

Congrats on finding your gecko and on winning in the dog show.

My mom used to breed and show German Shepards while I was growing up. It was alot of fun going to the shows when I was a kid and seeing my dogs do so well. I bet you are very proud of her!

Thanks Ian!

And, yes, I am keeping a close eye on the escape artist. She is now eating ( A LOT) so I am sure she is going to be just fine :)

Finally got around to taking a picture of her, it's funny, she almost looks exactly the same as when I lost her...
