In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey hhmoore-

Is that a Corso? Do you breed them or know of anyone that does?

Nevermind.......I just scrolled down and actually read the thread  . Beautiful dog, they look similar. Maybe Corso's are a bit smaller?

It certainly is amazing how people, especially "reptile people" actually look when compared to the stereotype "weirdo".
I look nothing like a reptile keeper and I raise the Leos, corn snakes, and roaches. Now being newly single I am wondering how I bring up to normal people that I have many aquariums of roaches in my basement and reptile room? And that the cute mice aren't pets....hahaha...

Brett,
I think that the Corso's are pretty similar in size to the Presas. I looked into them, but they are plagued by skin problems. My vet has also worked with several in out area...she claims they got no sense, lol.

Shannan - having had the pleasure of seeing you in person, I can't imagine that any guy would make an issue of your critters. (oh, to be single...York isn't THAT far away).

Well, I can see it now. I'd meet my dream man, be watching a movie and boom, out crawls a hissing cockroach and he jumps up screams like a girl and runsout the door....I haven't had an escapees but......(moved them all to the basement)

HAHAHAHA

any real man would take the opportunity to "protect you", and just pull you in closer so the nasty bug didn't upset you, lol.

True true, but considering the dang things had me squealing and running through the house stripping off my robe (one had crawled up my sleeve) with my dog barking and latching on to my robe and me dragging him along with me...I could see a number of guys squeal!

Here is me. Hard at work, or is that Hardly working? LOL. I am actually in the middle of a call, when i took this picture of myself. I need a more recent picture when i am not at work, but the lighting in my house sucks for using a digital camera.

its so nice to see so many fun ppl on this forum...not many ppl i know share the same love for reptiles as i do. i always get the remark "YOU...OWN THAT" refering to my snake...its so funny to see middle aged, big, tall men run away from a poor harmless snake,,,and the hilarious thing is...shes only 4 ft. hahahahaha...i dont think i fit the "look" of a snake owner...thats the impression that i get from most people...but i lovem...more of an obssession really...i would post a pic, but i dont know how...if someone would tell me how..id be more than happy to join the club :)

Funny........I don't have a hard time picturing you with a big 'ol burm hanging from your body at all. :)
Actually, you make me think of a "snake charmer" for some reason. Don't know why, it just came to mind. LOL
Thanks for sharing. Nice to see faces put to the names.
