    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Active duty Army. I was 95B out in NM at White Sands. Made a lot of friends, did a lot of neat things, and wouldn't give up the experience for the world. But I damn sure wouldn't do it again. :ack2:
 
Mind if I ask your age Shadera? My mom was in the Army for quite a few years when me and my sister were kids. We lived in White Sands for a year I think. Trying to remember around what years... Let's see... 35 now... moved to Texas from there when I was 5, so maybe '78? I'll have to ask her this weekend, but should've been somewhere around there. All I remember is going to preschool/daycare in the quanza huts. Think we lived on base too.
 
LOL! I was stationed there from 94-99. I'm sure not much had changed. Nothing to do but drink and fight, nearest town is Las Cruces half an hour away.. BFE for sure, that place. Nice to meet someone who's heard of it though!
 
Great herping grounds. I go out there quite often in the summer months. Although I mostly travel the south range around the Dona Ana Base Camp. :thumbsup: Aguirre Springs has some really good herping too, but it's a bit illegal being a state park and all. :ack2:

And you think that place is BFE, LOL, You must have never went to Ft. Irwin, NTC? :rofl::rofl:
 
I am normally behind the camera... so there are NOT that many of me floating around... thank goodness
