    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What Do You Think???

Got a call the other night from a wholesaler I know... He said the snake was given to him with a mortal injury, but he seems to be healing up nicely.

The wound is healed on the top, but appears to still be open on the bottom. He told me that he was putting neosporin on it and that it seemed to be healing up fine... What is your opinion (sorry all I had was the phone)

Also, does anyone know what exactly he might be??? As far as morphs go... He starts out with a stripe, then had a motley in the middle, goes back to stripes, and almost aztec at the tail :)

The last one if of his injury, I was told that he got caught in some plastic thing and was almost cut in half :(

Ouch!! That must have hurt! It does look like it has been a lot worse and has been healing well. Lots more healing to do though. Is it really open on the bottom, or is it a scab maybe?

He is an amel motley or motley/stripe.
Or another possibility is a creamsicle, but I'm not really good myself at recognizing those.

Thanks Katrien... I agree that it looks amazingly painful :( The bottom has sort of a scab, it is not open on the bottom, but the guy I got him from said that if I pulled it down that it was open (personally that sounds even more painful)

Im not really good at identifying that stuff either :) Im going to have to get some better pics too

That looks to be a motley/striped creamsicle corn (amel emoryi x amel corn). The dorsal pattern is idicative of this morph, as well as the patternless belly along with the pale orange coloration.

Wow!.....what a wicked injury it sustained!.......congrats on the TLC!

Good luck with it! :thumbsup:
