    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What is done to create your own line.

just think up a name and market it. honestly the main difference between the 100s of different reds and oranges and yellow and whatever else is just the breeder choosing to name it. Why do you think Chris Allen reds are called Chris Allen reds? Cause it was a name that Chris allen coined for the extreme reds he produced. same with Cawley reds, and blood reds, and radiant reds.

Ok i understand that but in order to even do that what was done.
Do you mabe produce a cross then cross a babie back to parent then again and so on till you completely clear all other genetics or can i just breed my ogg x sandfire red with a nice colored male and call it what ever i want or should i do more work with the line before naming.
Im wanting to produce something to be proud of not just a common cross.

You need to make you oranges diffrent like Brian said, Chris Allen produced crazy reds like no one had ever seen or created, you need to make oyu orange your own!!! I personally love oranges and are my favorite. I think an awsome orange is a good thing to do, reds have already been done

Yeah, I agree w/ what everyones saying, each has a point. Working on making something somewhat "special or different" would be the first step. If you want to focus on Orange colorations... and do something special w/ that.. focus on bringing out what you personally enjoy in them and about them. Thats the enjoyable part of breeding, and working with the animals you love. Working w/ what brought you to them in the first place. for example.. if you love huge sidebars... and love the orange color.. then.. take your most orange dragons.. that also have the largest sidebars.. and put them together.. and start working with that line until you continually produce a line of dragons that have large enough sidebars.. and just the right shade of orange that you like. But thats the whole thing.. just have fun w/ it.. and enjoy being able to work w/ such magnificant creatures. Before my HUGE crash this past summer... I had almost got my line of Tiger Citrusx Hypo Leucistics to where I wanted them.. and of course now.. Im having to build back my collection.. so I have to find replacements... lol anyhow.. thats the best advice that I could give anyways... Good luck buddy!
