Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

A. An individual shall not perform any of the following activities with live wildlife unless authorized by this Chapter or A.R.S. Title 3, Chapter 16:

1. Import any live wildlife into the state;

2. Export any live wildlife from the state;

3. Transport, possess, offer for sale, sell, sell as live bait, trade, give away, purchase, rent, lease, display, exhibit, propagate, stock, or release live wildlife within the state; or

4. Kill any captive live wildlife

How does Arizona define the term "taking" in this section of the regulation?

R12-4-304
Lawful Methods for Taking Wild Mammals, Birds, and Reptiles

F. An individual may take reptiles by any method not prohibited in R12-4-303 or R12-4-318 under the following conditions. An individual:
  1. Shall check pitfall traps of any size daily, release non-target species, remove pitfalls when no longer in use, and fill any holes;
  2. Shall not use firearms at night; and
  3. May use artificial light while taking reptiles, if the light is not attached to or operated from a motor vehicle, motorized watercraft, watercraft under sail, or floating object towed by a motorized watercraft or a watercraft under sail.

Technically you didnt take it from the wild... for all you know it was someones pet in the apartment complex and they lost it :) Im just saying...
 
Not really sure how it will work out. I will be calling some local connections to see about this. I am mainly concerned about releasing a pet into the wild. I will keep everyone updated.
