In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What pairings already have you excited?

I've been tossing ideas around, and making plans. I've always limited myself to five BP clutches - which means fewer if any don't go - but I might do more this season. I have a couple that I've been pretty excited about, and the past 2 seasons have been frustrating...I'm going to repeat them, but they've been overshadowed.
At this particular moment, I think my top three are super vanilla x fire, superstripe x ivory, and.....I don't know.....maybe champagne x fire. I'm starting to have doubts about the ivory, unfortunately - I moved her to a bigger tub, and she stopped eating; so that one might not happen. (I'm not sure I would pull my yellowbelly girl for the superstripe, if the ivory doesn't come to her senses...he'll probably get benched for the season.)

Luke lost count right off the bat, so I'll toss one more in (it would qualify anyway, because I expect to keep all of the babies (ok, maybe not the normals) - my reduced pattern male mojave x Mine.

Nice pairings Harald, with pairs like that you dont need alot of clutches i hope hit on all odds this coming season.

My top five are 1.Spark x Super Citrus YB
2.HG Lesser Bling line YB Lemon pastel pos fader x HGW granite
3. Citrus calico x Killer Queen Bee
4. Either the Citrus Calico or Lesser Pastel YB x Shatter pattern
5. Champagne x Enchi yellowbelly I may put my Spark with the Enchi YB instead and put the champ to another Enchi

But My All time most exciting pairing should by laying any day now Spark x ?

My enchi hypo male is 350 grams, so assuming he's good to go around December my most anticipated clutch will be enchi hypo x pastel het hypo.

After that, it will be mojave hypo x mojave, and my dinker male that is chocolate-y, cinnamon-y, granite-y-ish looking crossed to any female I have reserved for him.

Here is my exciting pairing for the year! Male calico x female Osmosis. Yes, her stripe is genetic, just not sure if it's dominant or codominant yet. Can't wait to see how it plays with calico though!

Interesting looking girl. Never heard of an osmosis...and didn't turn up anything with a quick search. Your own project? Or her name?

My own project. I'm pretty sure the trait is identical to Dan Wolfe's "rio," but I don't have any rios in my collection to breed her to and test the theory. I got a clutch of five eggs from her this year and all had strong dorsal stripes with reduced alien heads and railroad bellies, although the pattern wasn't as pronounced as her. That's why I'm inclined to call it codominant rather than dominant, and to the best of my knowledge the "rio" behaves the same way. Unfortunately, four of the five eggs died at pipping most likely due to an incubator malfunction. The fifth egg thankfully hatched male, but he won't be ready to breed this year. Mom's packing on weight like crazy though, so I'm hoping she'll take to the calico this year.

I'm not sure if you saw this thread or not, but I have everything documented in THIS thread. The female's name is Osmosis, and for now I'm calling the trait Osmosis after her, at least until I get a rio somewhere down the line, or do a breeding loan with somebody who has a rio, so we can figure out if this is actually a rio or not.

I can't wait to pair my black pastel het pied with my pied in hopes of making a black pastel pied male to pair with m black pastel pied female and then watch out cause Pandas here we come!!

This will be my first season shooting for more than 5 clutches (I'm thinking some where between 8-11) But here are three next season pairings in no particular order.
1. Hypo Black Pastel x Hypo Mojave.
2. Phantom/pastel phantom x Vanilla Mojave.
3. Blackhead x Super Mojave.

One of the pairings I cant wait to see is Female Trick X Male Coral Glow Pinstripe... The "Chetah" Trick Pinstripe is super hot and can't wait to see the Coral Chetah

Hahahaha well then. Jason wins. :bow01:

That picture is probably the best representation of a coral glows colors, at least that I have seen. Absolutely incredible. Not to mention the way that the pinstripe gene affects it as well. Drool city.

This year I can't wait to breed my pewter to my spider. I want some pewter bee's and a whole lot of other bee's, lol! :-D

After seeing the babies you produced this year, Kristina, I can't wait to see what you pop out next year either. :) I like where you are headed with all of these cinnamon combos.

Aww thanks Brendan! I love cinnamon combos! Yours are awesome too. I want to see your future hatchlings as well. :p

Well thank you! Be on the lookout here shortly. :) I just cut the cinnamon x lesser clutch, and it has some killer looking babies in it. 2 of which I am pretty positive are lesser cinnies. 1 is for sure. As soon as the first one comes out, pics will be posted.
